Casual stop here once in a while and love it but saw today they have a MOTHERS room. Got a few things and was able to nurse my baby here rather than in the car. Thank you for having this ❤️❤️

Customer Service thumbs down. I went in there with a gift receipt to return two items. Didn't ask me how I wanted the refund.....she refunded it back to the gifters card. So now, not only am I out a gift, but I also have to have an awkward conversation with the person who gifted me the items from creative touch since they refunded it back to her card. Didn't try to make the situation right...just basically said tuff luck. Probably won't be back. :(

I have been going to CTB for about 4 years now as I live local. I like the variety of clothing styles they offer. The new building is very nice, I visited it about a week ago. Excited to see them expand their store. I love the clearance section and I can find some good deals. Some things are a little overpriced but that is like most of the stores in downtown Alexandria.

Went into this boutique during a family trip to Alex. Love, love, love everything about this store! They have a lot home decor, and we bought some while there. My sister-in-law saw a very meaningful sign as we were leaving the store, so I was thrilled to learn that I could order online and have it shipped. She loves it. This store has CUTE clothes too! I recommend!!

This is a fantastic store. Really cute clothes for woman and children. The baby clothes are really soft cotton. they have lots of home decor and signs that are great for the house.
