“Absolutely wonderful! I made an appointment and got in relatively quick being a bride! The ladies were fun and super friendly, the gal helping me was so easy to talk too and tell her exactly how I felt! Jess maybe? The way we talked, it was like my best friend was helping me pick dresses to try on! All my ladies had a great time, my 4 and 10 year old daughters came with and they were just as much apart of our experience, it was wonderful! My mother found her dress as well! Come to find out, she was helped by Jackie! You know it's worth going somewhere when the owner is on the floor and just as helpful! I am so excited about my dress and this experience! The dress I picked is discontinued and has been tried on many times, before I pick it up they're going to make sure my dress is clean and problem free too! I would recommend Jackie J's over and over! They had so many dresses to try on, so many options for my bridesmaids at our next appointment, I can't say enough good things about my day! From lovely women helping us to how clean the floors and even all the mirrors were! They definitely take the time to look at every detail, no matter how small! If I ever need another fancy dress, I'm starting here!!”
