Would not recommend purchasing anything from this business. Was looking to build out a Polaris xpedition northstar. Would have been an expensive build which I was prepared for. They didn't have one, so they found one and got it in. Great, but immediately started going down hill. Starting with " sorry forgot to tell you your xpedition came in". That was the end of December. Middle of January they said majority of the parts were in. Great let's do this!! From January thru mid March there was 51 days with no contact. Do I have a vehicle being built? I still want this vehicle so March the conversations continue. He must have asked 3-4 times what roof rack I wanted and what tires and rims I wanted. They tell me they can't order my roof rack that I should order it myself and ship it to them. Who does that? I get "it will save you a couple bucks". Hmm pretty sure they just wanted more on the hook along with the 500$ deposit. I still want the vehicle so I order it and ship it to them. Roof rack price I paid was 1,399.00. (Not cheap) the next few months was more of the same. Long stretches of no contact. They actually for some reason were reaching out to someone else to contact me. All they had to do was call. Kind of think sales manager knew he was making a mess of this and was afraid to call me. And repeated questions. Why would someone ask if I had a preference on rims and tires to be followed a month later with A or B. This is what I carry. If I can order something so can they. From January thru June I was still being asked about rims and tires. I sent pictures 4-5 times of the rims and tires I wanted starting back in early January. This was so frustrating and so sloppy. A build of any kind shouldn’t take 6-7 months. What a joke. And the manager Max, really had no clue what he was doing building a custom unit. I am fortunate to have a lot of the stuff they are selling, but will never be buying from this business again. They refuse to reimburse for rack or deposit. So since I pulled the plug and refuse to continue doing business, I am out $1,900.00. They say they are loosing more on it than me now. Yes you are over 7 months of negligence and lack of effort I hope you are, but that is 100% due to lack of performance by an employee of the business. I shouldn't be taking or sharing the hit. I WAS a paying customer until your guys wrecked it. Will Not be shopping at boomerang again, and would definately not recommend.

Was given a trade-in price for my cfmoto SXS over the phone so I drove 90 miles to trade. The service dept. took my machine, and after an hour and a half told me it needed $2500 in repairs so could not give quoted price. 3 bad wheel bearings and all brakes/rotors and calipers. All this on a 2021 zforce with 1300 miles. I loaded up and left. Another dealer gave me 500 more on a trade and found no problems. Do not trade anything here. They will screw you. Sales guys were great, service, not trustworthy.

So Boomerang is an amazing dealer. My sled needed plugs, Katelyn of course had them on hand. Then I needed a ride back to Zorbaz where we were, Luke not only offered me a ride back in his own vehicle, he offered to come down to Zorbaz and install them for free, which he did. He then proceeded to watch me take a parade lap just to make sure it was the issue.Boomerang has my business.

Full disclosure…. bought used snowmobile and drove it 1hr back to Ottertail in the back of my truck and it wouldn’t start. Called them upset and this where they earned 5 stars. Zach drove a brand new snowmobile out within 30mins of my call, started it in front of me and took the old one away. Used sleds are always sketchy so to replace one that ran perfectly when they loaded it onto my truck and delivering a new one for free…. 5 stars.

They gave my brother the wrong belt for his 2021 polaris ranger. It took off on its own and pinned me against the work bench. It has a plow on it. They couldnt get it off me cuz it was stuck in gear. They had to use a mini skidloader to drag it off me. Found out through research they make like 3 different belts for the 2021 ranger 1000 depending on model which was never asked. They sold him the most expensive belt. Which was 199.99 the correct onr was 159.99 according to polaris.com. I have extreme bruising on the back of my legs amd swelling.

I have been to boomerang in Alexandria 3 times all 3 time they either gave and ordered the wrong part or they tack on crazy extra shop charges if you have them work on it.. either way it's always a losing battle and like the name suggests (boomerang) you'll be back but for the right part.. Guys in the shop tried to explain to me how putting a smaller belt on my 2021 ranger would not keep the clutch engaged rather then admitting he was wrong and simply gave me the wrong belt he tries to explain that a smaller belt wouldn't effect the clutch and keep it engaged.. just the type of people I don't want to work on my units I'll make the drive to eagle bend polaris before ever retuning to this outfit what a joke!!
