Contacted this business and was told he could maybe stop out the following week on Friday. Was told he'd call me back, neither thing happened. Waited about a month and called again and he finally came out and after looking around advised me he would figure up some prices and get back to me - still waiting. Been months now and still nothing. Has a lot of good ratings and those are probably legit but our experience with this business has been lackluster and frankly disappointing.

My mother needed an option for replacing her cable for TV. Bob was incredibly patient and very good. He made sure mom was happy with the TV service before he left. She loves the TV antenna service. I would recommend Bob to anyone needing an antenna.

Can’t say enough positive things about this young gentleman and his knowledge and absolute know how. Resolved several issues in re: to my smart tv, printer and sound box. Would recommend to anyone, that like me is tech. challenged. Took the time to explain things to help me until I understood. The entire appointment was excellent.

Bob charged a huge fee and hasn't followed up after going to be four weeks and I've contacted him several times. Wouldn't recommend doing business with him.

I couldn't find my bluetooth speaker charger. Stopped in to Blue Collar Bobs. They borrowed me a charger. Simply let me take it home to charge my speaker. No cost. Felt like that old fashioned trust from back in the day. I highly recommend them!

Had an issue with my DISH system in my RV. I received a prompt return call and same day service, even though it was after 5 PM. Bob was able to quickly determine the issue and get my system back online in under 20 minutes. This is not only world-class service, but a masterful display of technical knowledge about the equipment. Highly recommend Bob's service to anyone with a satellite issue.

I couldn’t say enough good things about Blue Collar Bob’s. We’ve taken computers to them four or five times over the years for repairs, and every time we’ve been pleasantly surprised by the low cost and high quality of service. Super great local company!

Needed a repair on an RV camera cable. Bob jumped right on it and made the repair very quickly. Unheard of these days. Very knowledgeable and very nice. I'd go back to this place.
