“I came in for a full synthetic oil change and brake check. I was asked how in depth I wanted to go with the brake check, and he explained what was included in the courtesy inspection. They did only what I asked and explained any findings when I picked up. There was a quote provided without having to ask or wait and no pressure to schedule additional repairs. Any concerns also came with photos attached.”

They wiped down my dash, glass is sparkling clean, the stickers they could save were put back up, and they even vacuumed my floor mats! “Was in town and my Volvo broke down. Stopped in to Becker Auto Repair. Al knew immediately what was wrong and got me in to have it fixed the next day after overnighting a part in. Hands down the best service I have ever received from an auto shop!!! I would drive the 2.5 hours to get here just to have my vehicle repaired by Becker Auto Repair (Todd and Al). “We had an exceptional experience with the service department at this dealership. We were stranded ~500 miles from home with a flat tire due to a bent/cracked rim on a Sunday afternoon. When I called early Monday AM to see if they could help us source a new rim, Joel in service quickly went to work, found a matching rim at a local scrap yard, had someone pick it up, and we were patched back toghter before lunch and back on the road home. I don't think I could have asked for much more than the service provided. Thanks!”
“Let me just start off by saying this place is FABULOUS!!!!!!!! The other day I had the worst experience with Rays Marine in Alexandria so I decided to give Alex Auto & Marine a call and boy did they save the day. I called them to see if they had a part and the gentleman said YES and I rushed right over. When I got there he had the part on the counter waiting for me and he was so kind and polite. He opened the box and compared it with my old part to make sure it was perfect and it sure was. This young gentleman was very kind and welcoming and we will def be doing all of our business with Alex Auto & Marine in the future. I am unsure of what the young gentleman's name was at the Service/Parts counter but he def deserves praise over his customer service skills.”
