If you go to Art & Soul, especially Ellee, she was so amazing. She helped me achieve the hair color I wanted, and the style. I have been going to this place for years and have never left disappointed. 10 out of 10 recommend for any services. All of the staff here are amazing.

I have been going to this salon since I was in middle school! They are always professional and always succeed my expectations on what I want. Whether it be cut, color, lashes, or an updo... I have many services done and am impressed with the work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Don't think I'll ever be able to switch my hairdresser.

I'm a typically respectful paying customer and would rather not complain if I can deal with something not perfect I will and not look twice. But this place!! They damaged my hair and colored it in such a weird way that I literally had black ,dark brown flame orange spots and red spots and when I lifted my hair some of it wasn't even colored!! I asked for a nice brown with Carmel highlights. She didn't use a single foil?!! My hair was ruined! She chopped length which I told her I did not want and when I was finished, she didn't offer me a mirror to see or show me anything! It was right up to the register for a $200 payment. I PUT MY GLASSES ON..paid and left graciously hoping what she was saying wasn't as bad as it sounded.(while I was finishing signing my payment she said "don't worry about the redish shimmers it's normal and in 6 weeks when we color again it will be unnoticeable.") Needless to say I got to my mirror - SINCE SHE DIDNT OFFER ME ONE THERE..and cried. It looked like a 3 year old attacked my hair with her paint brush! I was so mad and embarrassed I knew I needed to get this fixed. I will never go back there!!! I went to Xalon Salon in st cloud where they spent the next 4 hours un blotching my hair the best they could and asking " who in the world did this to my hair?! They also suggested a refund as any good salon should offer in a case like this. So I sent the owner an email explaining what happened and asked for a refund where she proceeded to tell me how I did everything wrong and it's my fault and no refund will be given because supposedly I signed a "waiver"?!!! When did I do that? Cuz if I'm about to risk my life I sign waivers!!! They are refusing a refund. If negative stars ...I would give -10! No customer service skills to say the least and I even told her she can talk to the amazing people who spent 4 hours trying to help my hair!! She still called me a liar. Forget this place if you value your hair!!!!

My first experience was fantastic. I went back for a trim, and she took a thinning shears to my wavy hair because she was in a hurry after taking too much time with the client in front of me. I had made it very clear the first appointment with her that I wouldn't come back if she ever took a thinning shears to my head. Those shears wrecked the waviness of my hair and caused it to look flat. I will never return. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They don't listen. Do NOT recommend. If I could give negative number stars, I would. 0 stars

If I could give ten stars I would !!I had such a wonderful experience at this salon. If you’re looking for a cold corporate setting don’t come here! This place is warm and inviting just like the owner and her staff!I hadn’t had my haircut in a long time , Ellee made me feel comfortable and heard about what style I wanted and was honest about what was possible with my hair as well. I received a hair wash, cut and styling and was very happy with the end result.If you’re looking for an inviting and knowledgeable salon look no further!Thank you so much again for making me look a lot less homeless ! I told the young lady my last cut at a different salon was way too short. Because of my fine hair, when it's too short it sticks straight up! I told her I did NOT want a "military cut" - I have been in the service and a "high and tight" is NOT what I wanted. I told her short around my ears and neckline and then taper it up quickly - KEEP the length on the sides. She said she understood and then proceeded to give me a high and tight!!! WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!

I had made an appointment for a cut and color and didn’t receive either of those services. All to which confused me greatly - but at no point was I getting an explanation to what was going on or addressed whatsoever (if they didn’t have time that would have been fine, but I just wish someone would have talked to me). Being treated like I didn’t exist really hurt, I felt very unwelcome there.Services: Haircut
