Where to start? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Our Children said “we got scammed”Definitely false advertising on its website (click bait) in regards to the pool and waterslides. The photos are not updated on their website, so please rely on the reviews. The rooms are very dated, wallpaper peeling and mould noted in our room. The beds were on the plus side and thankfully no bed bugs. The Resort states free WiFi lol! Unable to connect to the wifi unless you’re standing outside of your suite door or near the front desk which it made our stay impossible to work remotely. The main pool near the fitness room looks as if it should be closed down indefinitely. The bottom of the pool is falling apart, dirt/gravel on the bottom and it’s yellow in color.I honestly would not even allow my dog to swim in there, let alone my children.WHERE’s the hot tub…. it’s taped off with caution tape and is not be in working order for months or maybe years by the look of it. The Banana Cabana is also run down, staffed by young adult teenagers which we found them to be fairly pleasant and one engaged in conversation with us. Unfortunately, the slush machine has not been in working order for many months, unable to order a beer as the staff are too young to serve alcohol. Bravo to the young man that spoke with us, as it has to be difficult to continually repeat the same to every customer. How embarrassing for him.We did not order pizza from the Cabana as the kitchen looks as it would not pass any inspection. Product is left out of refrigeration and the serving area is very unsanitary. It does not appear to be regularly wiped down or cleaned.UGHH The waterslide and pool…. We’re not sure how this place would pass any inspection to remain open. The dumping bucket has not worked in years, the water gun does not spray, every interactive accessory is leaking and doesn't work. The ropes all around the poolsides are full of rust, as is the structures. The wooden structure and beams has water leaking onto them which is a cause for concern of the safety and integrity of the structure. Both the pool and waterslide area don’t appear to be sprayed down or cleaned regularly. There’s no lifeguards at the top of the 4 story slides. Lifeguards were too busy playing basketball on the main level instead of paying attention to the safety of customers. If there was an emergency or drowning, it’s highly unlikely the staff are trained in any first aid. There appears to be no accessible defibrillator, long board, scoop or first aid kits on site that we could see.All basketball hoops are rusted and have no ropes on the hoops. The lazy river is just that as it barely flows unless you push yourself. The slides are extremely dated as are the structures. If you do decide to try it out, I would ensure your tetanus shot is up to date. The first night we ordered Nachos from the 2100 Chop restaurant and it came with maybe a tablespoon of dried out Hamburger and liquid cheese on it. Even our kids wouldn’t eat it. BARF!Being completely unimpressed and displeased with this so called resort, we ended our stay a day and a half earlier than expected and asked for a refund for the last night. The place does have potential if the owners invested to improve the place with some major renovations and replaced the waterslides completely. We will NEVER return and would NOT recommend it anyone.

We went for the waterpark and it was very disappointing. The customer service was terrible and the workers behind the counter would roll their eyes at simple questions which was kind of weird since they only seemed to have one job and it felt odd to be treated that way when we are the ones paying for them to do their job in the first place. The lifeguards were rude and would yell from on top of the loft area at kids in the pool when there were several other lifeguards on duty in the area those kids were and they never said anything about it. Other than the customer service, the actual swimming was fun except for the fact that the pools were almost completely run down. First, the largest slide, for the tubes, was out of order (and if thats not enough half the time we were there for, the rest of the slides were closed, and when we actually used them two kids got stuck half way and had to inch themselves out), then the hot-tub was also out of order with caution tape all along the sides, and then there was the big cup thing in the kiddy pool which is supposed to poor water every few minutes but wasn’t working. Aside from the “out of order” stuff, there were several safety and visual issues. You could see the mold where the paint was chipping and there were several areas at child level which were covered with sharp rusty pieces sticking out. Also the life jackets that they provided (for children) were not even functional, as in they did not even help a three year old child float. The water in one of the pools (not sure the name but it was the warmest of them all, and the water was unmoving, not like the lazy river) was discolored and greenish in color. The hygiene was terrible as well and I never saw a single tube, floaty/toy, or equipment piece being sanitized and I doubt they did any behind the counter cleaning based on how they dealt with their customers. The artificial plants were falling apart with few to no leaves at all, and those leaves were on the floor and pool, and the material that the lazy river tunnels were made from was chipping apart and falling into the water as well.

Could've dealt with everything else and been really happy with stay if the waterpark wasn't filthy.Rooms: The room was lackluster. The room stunk, but we got used to it. There were still remnants of stuff on the floor as it appeared that it wasn't vacuumed. It was dated, which is okay, if it's clean. The bathroom was tiny. There is not space to hang your wet stuff. You can't rent movies and the TV guide stinks. The first night was so damn noisy my 7 year old cried that he couldn't sleep. Front desk staff were kind and accommodating.Safety: Dude, there is no way I would let a child out of my sight here. We've been to waterparks and the lifeguards were militarily trained compared to these guys. I understand though because it appears they are terribly understaffed. Whole place is dirty-nasty. One word is not enough. I wanted to have a drink to deal with the level of filth, but we saw a chick dive her whole arm into a pickle jar to fish out a giant pickle, so we would not order from the waterpark snack area due to sanitary concerns. Some of the attractions at the waterpark were closed.Food & drinks: Food was, "Meh". Kids loved the pasta bar on Friday night. The Moscow Mules were served in glass. We ordered fries and onion rings and they were underwhelming. It seemed that they were reheated?? Staff at the restaurant were kind and welcoming.

We stayed for 2 nights over a weekend in March. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The kids absolutely loved the water park! The hotel, pool area and water park are aged and could benefit with some upgrades. The water park appeared to have been short staffed. There were no clean pool towels available on Saturday night so we had to walk to our room dripping wet. The trash cans were all overflowing, and the wait staff behind the counter appeared overwhelmed and rude. The same worker was taking orders, making drinks and distributing arcade prizes both nights we were there. She did not put any effort into appearing happy to be there or courteous to guests. We did not receive receipts for orders and just had to linger around or come back in 15 minutes to see if our food was done. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would return. The hotel could definitely benefit by putting some focus on their staff and upgrades throughout the building.

Paid $175 in the off season only to be met with a pool and water park that desperately needs to be drained, sanitized and scrubbed. Rooms were fine. Food - eh nothing special and staff was few and far between so not much interaction there except for the staff in the water park who were too busy rolling their eyes to provide even a tiny bit of guest service. Overall, not worth the money spent of the time out of the way to get to the "resort".

The indoor water park seemed to need to be updated, nobody empties the garbages in the water park All 3 of them were over flowing with garbage gross, the 3 employees at the desk seemed lazy just sitting there on there phones not being helpful at All when asked a question! it seemed dumpy all around not kept real clean,I heard the hot tub has not been working for 3-4 years ? disappointed

Where to start, being a guy that travels across the state for work (construction) and with family I value a nice hotel and place for kids. This place does not check that box. Clearly they either have money problems or the management does not care about the facilities and catering to their guests. Waterpark hot-tub is closed and doesn't look to be opening anytime soon. Lazy river has broken concrete all over, and the floor of it is disgusting and in need of cleaning. The water cannons were missing hoses so most did'nt work (Cheap easy fix). The pool staff was a bunch of kids more engaged with their cell phones then the safety of the swimmers. The hotel pool and hot-tub area - the hot tub water level was too low and sucking air into the jets, making it so loud you could barely hear yourself think, we kept them off. The rooms were not the cleanest and TV remote didnt work (not a battery issue). The resturant staff was very nice and helpful I will give them that.We walked to the zipline along the lake and there was trash all over.Definetly will not be returning.

Was served a ROTTEN filet mignon at the resturant at the hotel, the smell was very obvious the meat had expired. Head chef came out of kitchen to glare at me, never apologized. Absolutely do not order from hereNoteworthy details: Do not eat at the resturant.

In was there to speak at a conference- so it was a work thing. After my 2½ hour drive from Minneapolis I was hungry and a bit tired. But I went to the restaurant and Lisa who waited on me couldn't have been more lovely and courteous. The food was delicious and filled me up.I'm sorry it was winter so I couldn't enjoy the outdoors as I would in summer, but this is definitely a place I'd like to bring my family back to one day.

We came for one night here, we called before going as they didn’t send a confirmation email & wanted to make sure we had a room. They let us know our room was ready early so we checked in & got into our room and it looked like the last guest had a cupcake party in it. The couch had frosting all over the cushions & the floor was covered in old crunchy cupcake crumbs. I called the front desk & they moved us to a different room which we really appreciated. The next room definitely needed updating but it seemed more clean. The water park was dirty, super busy & the kids running it were more interested in talking to each other & being on their phones. The pool in the hotel is very rough, tiles falling off, floor looks extremely dirty but it might be all staining. We did the Sunday brunch which was great & the restaurant staff was all amazing! The kids had fun but we aren’t eager to come back here any time soon.

The resort has potential it just needs a facelift. Our rooms were ok. The first item we noticed was the lack of a place to hang our coats. There was not a single hanger or coat hook in the entire room. Half of the outsets were pushing into the wall when you tried to plug something in. Also, only a portion of the buttons on the TV remotes worked. Yes, neither TV had a fully functioning remote. It wasn’t a battery issue, they were both partially broken. The pool staff was awful. They seemed bothered anytime you wanted help. They also didn’t seem to care about any of the safety protocols in place. A one rider at a time only slide, feel free to go down with three kids locking their legs around each other. Not supposed to wear a life jacket because it could get caught on the slide? Who cares. They’d rather be on their phones or chatting with one another. On a positive note, the wait staff at the restaurant was wonderful. We had both Amie and Justin and they were great. The food was good. I wouldn’t go here if it wasn’t conveniently attached to the resort but it was good enough for us to go twice. After discussing with my wife we thought the overall stay was just okay but decided we wouldn’t return unless the resort went through a large renovation. We stayed during the winter so I cannot comment on the outdoor amenities.

Front desk staff and the room were amazing. The rooms can be quite a distance from the one elevator so if in certain rooms like we were it can be a jaunt to bring in your luggage. Staff in the water park were not welcoming or friendly at all. They also seem to be doing shift change all the time, and when they do, they shut down the large slides for extended periods of time, which are the main attractions, so that was frustrating. The hot tub was down for repairs, which is also frustrating, and they can definitely use some maintenance inside the water park. Lots of water features are broken. Pieces of the fake scenery were broken, cracking, and falling apart. Paint chipping on walls. Overall, for how nice the resort was, I expected more from the Waterpark that they have obviously let fall into a state of disrepair.

Excellent resort with a great indoor water park and a secondary free swimming pool hot tub! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Many conference rooms for your large company gathering as well as and on resort restaurant. There is pain real grass mini golf course on the property as well. I bet pricey but for what you get I'd say it's worth it.

We stayed in a cabin for 3 days. Two of our rooms had bloody sheets and clumps of blood on them. Health code violations and bodily fluids are obviously not of importance. The mattresses on 4 beds had pee stains on them. There was trash under the couches in the living room. We had no heat for the first two hours of us being there as they obviously don't check the cabins before people are expected to check in. The slides at the water park were not open and only one lifeguard walking around. The rest of them were laying in beds in the first aid room. The two gals at the water park entrance were very rude and just sat on their phones while customers were trying to talk to them. They made the excuse that they were doing "shift change" and that is why everything was closed, even though shift change was supposedly almost three hours prior. We had been here in years past and didn't have any problems but after this experience we will never be returning.

Eh… this place need a LOT of updating!! Smells moldy.. rooms were nice and big but needs a good clean. Waterpark was a total let down.. slides closed and the water was nasty. Great views. Front desk not very friendly. But the servers at the restaurant were fantasic. Calling out Morris and Leah!
