Great selection of carpets and wonderful assistance from Kenzie. Communications were answered promptly and scheduling went well. Scott and Brad installed the carpet in record time and the whole job was very professional and neat. We are very satisfied customers!

5/5 stars for sure! Arnquist Flooring, including Josh Wittrock are amazing to work with! We had a short turn around time to have flooring put in and they immediately scheduled to have it installed within a week. Quick response, very professional, and the installation was top notch. I highly recommend reaching out to them for your flooring projects!

5 stars. 10/10, two thumbs up, etc. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We had stopped at multiple other places for flooring and we just didn't have luck finding what we were wanting. They went above and beyond helping us design different color schemes etc. The installers they use are also top notch. Couldn't be more impressed. I'm confident Josh W. would run through a wall for his clients if asked to. He answered every phone call, any question, and even came out to our house a few times to make sure things were done correctly. I will never go anywhere else, they have my business and they have earned it! Job well done. ?

My experience with this flooring company was a nightmare from the start. On a $20,000+ job you would think there would be some attention to detail. They completely botched the installation of tiles in my shower, resulting in a visually unappealing and uneven mess. Even worse, their incompetence extended to the drainage system, leading to water pooling and causing potential long-term damage. What's most frustrating was the lack of communication throughout the project. They failed to keep me informed about the progress and any issues they encountered, leaving me in the dark. Overall, I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from using this company for their flooring needs, as the combination of poor workmanship and communication is a recipe for disaster. After having them out to look at the issues multiple times, they promised to fix but months have gone by and NOTHING.

Arnquist Flooring is a great asset to have in the Alexandria Community. Being in the design business and juggling several projects at a time, I need reliable, fast, and quality finishes to have at my fingertips for clients. To be able to walk into Arnquist's showroom and have unlimited possibilities is a huge asset for my business. Their customer service is outstanding, Korey specifically has been an amazing help and is very knowledgeable in knowing price points and giving estimates to help further solidify the whole decision-making process. Knowing I can count on Arnquist Flooring for their wide variety of selections, quality products, and customer service has me coming back again and again.

We had the carpet in our living room taken out and replaced with luxury vinyl plank. We love it! Arnquist's & Josh Wittrock are great to work with. Cory, who installed the flooring, did a great job! You can have confidence when you select them for your flooring.
