In April of 2024 we had the screen on our tablet fixed and now it’s May of 2024 it’s already broken again. We had a screen protector and a case on the tablet. For $135 you’d think they would use a better quality screen. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience at AlexTronics! My projector was fixed in a timely manner and, more than that, AlexTronics took care of all communication with manufacturers to ensure correct replacement parts were ordered and my warranty was honored. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely use them again!
