We had an emergency situation over the weekend with our yellow lab puppy that got a laceration on her shoulder while training. Dr. Wasti contacted us and was at the clinic waiting for us when we arrived. We knew the moment we arrived she was in good hands! She got our pup stitched up quickly and provided meds. Greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Tracey was rude, and didn't communicate well. They didn't communicate that the cat needed proof of rabies vaccine before scheduling, so they wouldn't take her in unless we paid or rescheduled. Could you please tell me how and when a 100% housecat would contract rabies? Either it's a cash grab or they're paranoid. Neither of which make me feel comfortable going back.

I am looking for a new vet clinic because of the way we were treated by Tracey the receptionist. She smelled of alcohol and was extremely rude to my wife and I.

Best vet in town!
My dog has anxiety around strangers so the vet is not always a fun visit.
I asked for pricing upfront and I felt the whole process was very transparent. Dr. Hannah Smith was great and I would highly recommend her if you have an anxious dog.

The worst. We’re in North Carolina they call they told us to pick our dog up. Only after they medicated our dog for three days. He was to be in their care for seven days. Oh dang, well that our dog is no worse than any other dog.
Should’ve been our first red flag when customer service was terrible. Paid $365.to watch your dog for three days. Not the 7 days we reserved his time three. Plus he had a suite. I just can’t wrap my head around it. The worst period.

They do good work and are trustworthy, but it cost me $700 for shots and an exam for two dogs!!! Way overpriced in my opinion.

Took my 8 month old pup to this vet. He was vomiting and not eating. They said they would try fluids and food. 15min they called me stating neither worked that they wanted to do X-rays so I agreed. Know blockage found. They sent him home with meds etc once he spent 8 hr there he came home once home he started puking blood called vet right away and she said take him in to er vet or come in tomorrow for testing my dog died later that night. I’m very upset with them lying stating they did things such as fluids and didn’t I requested all noted an X-rays they also charged me for extra items that they stated were to come home and never was sent home came home I will never go back to this clinic and will not recommend it to anyone for their lack of care and service

We take all 3 of our dogs here. From the front desk to techs, to Dr. care, we are always served so well. We also board our dogs at the 4 paws boarding facility on the same grounds.
