Thanks so much , AJ, for coming out to our rural Alexandria home on New Years Eve to open a car with the keys locked inside. I tried calling other locksmiths and they were closed. Then I called the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department and they recommended Viking Towing. In fact they transferred me directly to your phone number, like they have you on speed dial. AJ forwarded us all the necessary information to provide our insurance for reimbursement. A total lifesaver.

I was on a road trip late on a Friday night when my car started having issues that caused me to need it towed, but I felt nervous because I was in the middle of nowhere as a young woman, completely alone. I called AAA and Alex Viking Towing was the company available to help me. I knew that AAA at least must’ve made sure they were reputable before approving them, but I still felt nervous since I was alone and had limited phone service. Despite my nerves, I couldn’t have had a better experience with this company. I believe the employee who towed me up was one of the co-owners, and he was so respectful and knowledgeable, but also was friendly and didn’t make the hour long ride feel awkward or uncomfortable at all. He also kept me very updated as he was coming to tow me so that I’d know when to expect him.Service: Car towing

I have and will continue to be a faithful customer to Alex Viking Towing! Yesterday, I received a phone call from my daughter who was in tears. “Mom I just crashed my car!” As any parents first reaction should be my response was “ARE YOU OK?!?” She responded with “yes I’m fine.” A few minutes later we arrived at the scene to see her car looking very totaled. Called my roadside assistance & within 15 minutes had a tow truck at the scene from Alex Viking Towing. Randy was great, professional, and very helpful! Even got the car hooked up just right so she could get a picture with the truck, the car & her. Luke was polite & very friendly! 5 STAR SERVICE!!!Service: Car towing
