On a referral, we made an appointment for our older truck to get a second opinion. Previous business said bearings in front wheels, rotors & brake lines needed replacing to do alignment. We told Advanced Auto this & if it needed replacing to do it. They put us out 12 days. Brought it in at 8am Monday. Tuesday morning they said it all needed replacing and would take 2 days. Thursday, still waiting on parts. Next Monday they would finally tear it apart. If all goes well it would be done by end of day. That afternoon it still needed an alignment and something might be wrong with starter. Tuesday, starter was just loose.They replaced the tie rod end the previous shop said was fine. Did not replace rotors, bearings or brake lines. Noted in bill that "Chunk" is missing out of rotor and should be replaced soon. Charged over $600 but were kind enough to check air pressure in brand new tires. If they didn't want to work on it they should have turned us down. I recommend going anywhere else. They had the vehicle for over nine days and didn't replace any of the three things that another shop said needed replacing.

Stop by on a recommendation. I’m from out of town and had a check engine light illuminate. Jeff discovered the code and told me all the options and had it reset and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you!
