Very nice store, very helpful staff. Downfall is they are the only place that requires you to have your receipt from purchase in order to warranty any hand tool. Even if it is an ACE branded tool. For this reason I will no longer buy any tools from ACE Hardware. There is no reason to when every other manufacturerhas no questions asked lifetime warranties.

Alex’s Ace Hdwe is the greatest! Not only do all the staff members know exactly where in the store your item is located, but how to best use it. You’re greeted when you enter the store, and thanked when you leave. One of the two managers is always available for questions or concerns. It’s MY kind of store

The staff is somewhat friendly. Kind of spendy. We usually do not go here unless we know there is something we need that we cannot get anywhere else.
