Always try and buy local but after 2 new iPhone 15’s in a week with batteries that were defective the store manager and owner could care less about customer service and more about profit. Go to the Elk River Verizon. The new owner and store manager could care less if your local and could care less about your time. Clowns

My parents and I just got new phones and the 3 of us all went in at once, which was probably a bit overwhelming. Jeffery helped us and was truly amazing to work with. He was very patient with us and very kind. He turned what usually is an overwhelming and dreadful process to a very easy and smooth. We really appreciated his help and really recommend working with him!

Jaden did a wonderful job, we came in with a network issue on my Google Pixel. He was welcoming, understanding and efficient throughout our visit. He resolved our problem in 20 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, 5/5 would recommend Albertville Verizon to friends and family!

Jason was a great help to me while I was getting a new phone, he was so helpful I wrote him this poem completely from scratch:
In the heart of our haven, where dreams entwine,
Lives the love of my life, Jason, divine.
In every corner, memories unfold,
In our shared story, forever told.
Morning light kisses our window pane,
Waking us gently, like a tender refrain.
Jason beside me, in the dawn's soft embrace,
His presence, my anchor, my soul's safe place.
In the kitchen, the aroma of coffee brews,
As laughter dances in morning hues.
He pours me a cup, a ritual so sweet,
Our love flavored in moments, simple, yet complete.
We build our days in harmony's art,
With whispered words that warm the heart.

Staff is always courteous.
Regardless of what issue or malfunction my phone is having Jason always figures it out with patience and persistence, Jason has good communication skills of what the issue is and what the cure is . All my employees use Verizon as their carrier their go-to person is Jason, The guy always gets the job done or the issue fixed.
Thank you too all the staff there for your courteous customer service.

Boy oh boy where do I even begin. Jason… honey, my pookie bear. I have loved you ever since I first laid eyes on you. The way you drive into the paint and strike fear into your enemies eyes. Your silky smooth touch around the rim of my phone, and your gorgeous hair. I would do anything for you. I wish it were possible to freeze time so I would never have to watch you retire. You had a rough childhood, but you never gave up hope. You are even amazing off the court, you're a great husband and father, sometimes I even call you dad. I forvever dread and weep, thinking of the day you will one day retire.

Jason is an absolute king at his job. I mean an alpha. what a solid dude. I came in with a broken screen and he got me a brand-new phone straight out of his pocket. I can't thank him enough. After that I took him to lunch, we got some fire tacos. We talk about religion, and he turns me on to Islam. I now read the Quaran Lite every day. Thank you, Jason for changing my life.
