I stopped in here over the weekend and they had a 6/$60 sale going on. The associate greeted me right when I walked in and told me about the sale. They have a really good selection for the size of store it is. The other associate (or manager?) helped me shade match a couple foundations. I had a wonderful experience at this store! Will definitely be back on a regular basis! Could not be happier with my purchase!

I always shop at this location. few months ago I was at this location The manager was very rude to towards me. so I told the associate that her manager was very rude. yesterday I when the to shop the manager confronted me and being very rude. She’s not professional she also have a nasty attitude to be a manager at a whole company.

They’re not consistently open. Even when they’re supposed to be open it’s likely they’re gone on lunch for an hour or more. Not the greatest selection of products compared to other locations I’ve visited. Staff isn’t overly friendly either so shopping there can be uncomfortable.

If you're and Estee Lauder employee, DO NOT go to this location. They wouldn't let me use my gratis which can be used and ANY Cosmetic Company Store. They made the excuse that you can only use gratis in corporate stores (in New york) which is false. I messaged the CCS customer service and they confirmed that employees can use their gratis at any store as long as we provide our employee ID. It makes no sense why this is withheld from Estee Lauder Employees who work in Minnesota. Extremely frustrating.... won't be going to this location again.

They don't answer phone. They don't hold store hours that are listed on the website. Albertville girls are extremely obnoxious. 2 girls take break at the same time, post when they will be back, then show up an hour later.

The Cosmetic Company outlet store Gunwharf quays Portsmouth. Absolutely shocked by the customer service and returns policy. I bought an expensive Christmas gift for my wife yesterday only to find out that it was one she didn’t like. No problem I thought, I still have the receipt. However, I was informed by the staff that once it leaves the store I can’t return for hygiene purposes. I explained that I was never told this and that didn’t make sense as it’s still in its original packaging. The advised me it was on the back of the receipt, but again this made no sense as I’d made the purchase by then. They should have large signage on the doors. They simply wouldn’t entertain refunding or swapping the gift. I was fobbed off with a call centre number. On leaving the store I read the receipt and there is absolutely nothing about hygiene, although it does state that you can only get a refund if faulty. All they had to do was allow me to swap the gift, now I will never use this company again. This is simply atrocious service.

I was talked into buying an eye cream. After leaving, I realized I shouldn’t have bought it. I went in a week later to return it only to be told that all sales are final. No returns. There is no signage indicating this and the salesperson never told me? the person said that it’s on my receipt. Well by the time I get a receipt it’s too late! They are sneaky

I used to love this place and i get possible understaffing but any time i’ve tried to go inside over the past few months they’ve been closed and on break for over an hour. i don’t live nearby and i stop only for this store so it’s not practical to wait an entire hour in the parking lot while i wait for them to reopen. probably won’t go out of my way to come here anymore it’s better to just buy full price items than waste your time here honestly.

Was in there for 15 minutes and never was acknowledged or asked if I needed any help even .. had a couple questions. However the customer that came in about 10 minutes after I got there was acknowledged immediately and helped. I walked out empty handed and disgusted by the poor customer service.

Tried to shop at this location but the store was closed despite store hours and google confirming these times. I even called to check if they were opening late with a worker in the back office setting up for the day. Would have been nice to stop in before reaching my travel destination.

I love this place but the albertville location is never consistently open despite calling, looking at google for their hours, and even going into the information building and asking. It’s a shame because the Eagan location is always so great to me, but I live closer to this one.

I'm giving this outlet mall a one star because I couldn't give it a zero. I drove up from Hopkins, rushed myself and my kids knowing they close at 7. We got there at 6:33, walking towards Nike store. Not even at the curb yet and a guy outside of Nike says out loud "we are close!" I thought he was joking but a security was out side w this fella had confirmed it. I'm sorry but I'm a store manager and we don't close our doors til the clock say so. Sure we might warn ppl that we will be closing in 15 mins but I had plenty of time. The security guard had said that the whole mall is doing a "HARD CLOSE".......WHAT?!!!! I've been in this business and I've never ever heard of "HARD CLOSE!!" Ok let's just say there is such thing......WHY WASNT THAT ANNOUNCED OR PUT IN YOUR WEBSITE?!!! THAT IS NOT THE BEST WAY OF RUNNING A BUSINESS. Losing 1 customer might not be bad but I will make sure customers hears about this.From now on I'm taking my kids and my family to Eagan Outlet mall.Learn how to communicate to guests and give them ample time to adjust to new time restrictions. When your website says 11-7, you stay open til 7!! Not 6:33 not 6:45.......it says 7!!
