Went to go grab a snack and the worker locked the door before i could open the door and he unlocked it as i left the parking lot, it was 15 minutes before they closed..

The lady weekday mornings is unfriendly and rude. The last thing I want in the morning when getting gas is the employee smelling like liquor and being rude to me for no reason. Do better.

This isn’t just this location… I got the monthly unlimited car wash. Worked great… until it didn’t. Funny they kept charging my card without issue but my sticker for washes stopped working, at all locations. I went inside several locations asking for help. Most their staff are not even aware they offer unlimited CW, so of course they couldn’t help. This went on for weeks. Me driving all over. Trying to find locations with a person that could actually help. It never happened. I finally canceled my unlimited and started unlimited with Holiday gas!
I hate leaving bad reviews for anyone, but this entire situation was so over the top, so incredibly frustrating! Train your staff! So they can be the face of your brand! Or don’t. And lose business

I just came to this speedway and got gas and went to use the car wash. AS we all know when computers can go wrong they do. It charged me for my wash then the system didn't acknowledge me. I'm lucky chris helped me. He was very polite and helpful. He went through the process with me and made a difference in my day just being a genuinely great person. I used to manage a speedwayand employees like him are what makes the difference to these stores. He is a 5 star employee. This speedway is lucky to have him and hopefully they acknowledge that and his value.

I pay a monthly fee for unlimited carwashes. Unfortunately they hardly ever work! Today i sat at carwash entrance for 5 minutes, door would not open. Tried calling store, no answer!Went to front of store and note on door they were closed?

that big african american guy is ALWAYS causing issues for me and my friends. literally wouldn’t take my $20 bill bc he dosent have change and another night took my vape and hit it before giving it back DISGUSTING. dude is ridiculous and gets away with anything bc he’s always the only one there

Tried to fill up air in our tires. Charges $2 for air. Then the air compressor wouldn’t adjust at all so we could only do 31pressure and no higher. Waste of time.
