0 stars if I could. I was helped with buying wide fit shoes for my mother in law as she has crooked toes and bunions. They said she could return if not satisfied but when we returned with box and receipt they said they had been worn and couldn’t take them. Unfortunately, she only wore them once and not even the whole time as she came back home barefoot complaining they hurt her feet. It’s unfortunate as she doesn’t have the money to purchase new shoes somewhere else as she has to spend all her money on the dr with her foot problems and cannot work or drive due to dimentia. The only reason you can see a little wear is because the bottoms are made of foam.

My family and myself went into the Albertville store to get my daughter shoes as her current pair needed to be replaced. We asked an associate(she wasn't wearing a name tag so we couldn't get her name) for help to get the shoes in the size that we needed off of the top shelves. We told the associate the shoe size and she blurts out "wow, she's got big feet" and proceeded to laugh about it with another associate. We were appalled by this comment. With the high amount of cases of bullying that you see online, in school and just in general, everyday life, you would think one would watch what they say. My mom has tried to call the corporate office for skechers and got no response, only multiple transfers to different offices and the store manager called but we never got any resolution for the issue. It's pretty safe to say, we won't be buying from skechers anytime soon after this experience.

Sam is an outstanding employee of the Sketchers in Albertville. She inquired about some shoes I was buying and helped me find the right size. I also left my phone in the store and she immediately gave it back to me when I walked back in the door. She is friendly and a great asset to this store.

The only pair of shoes that enjoy wearing the most! The buy 1 pair and get the 2nd pair for half price sale is the best time to buy shoes !

Love going here, I'm getting older and my feet love the brand. I've tried NB, ASICS etc.. But always come back to skechers cause my feet will yell at me otherwise since I'm always on my feet

Just disappointed, lack of selection and they seem to limit there sizes for men under 10, only saw a handfull of shoes over the size 10 :/
