“The process of signing up for their reward program is combersome and a bit crazy to have someone do while standing in line with people behind them. Saves you 15% but at what cost? This is a pain even for the employees.”
“My wife was looking for a very specific style of Clark's dress shoes, so we stopped at their MOA store, but they didn't have them. So, we made the trek up to Albertville, knowing that our chances were slim, since they're an outlet store. We not even found one pair of the shoes she was looking for in her size, but we also took advantage of their 2/$99 special, and I ended up scoring a nice pair of boots!The staff was friendly, answered our questions, and gave us enough room to roam through the aisles and try on lots of shoes. In the end, we walked out with two pairs of shoes for the same price of what we would have paid for one, back at MOA. I'd say that's a pretty sweet deal!”
“The place to go for variety. Shelves are so loaded with different converse that there's no room for all the sizes. Make sure to ask if there's more in the back!”

“My father is 90 and in memory care. It is very hard to take him out. He needed new shoes that he could slip on. The staff at this Famous Footwear went above and beyond to help me. I needed to make 3 trips to try different shoes and they were so nice and accommodating!! Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience into a wonderful experience! Wonderful staff!!”

“My 4 year old daughter and I walked into this store last night. We were helped by every employee on shift without us asking for help. They put crocs on my daughter and made sure they fit perfect. They even showed my daughter the cool buttons to add to her shoes. They did this all without me asking. We left with her comfy new crocs, and her favorite buttons. Thank you for the awesome service.”
“Returned some shoes I bought from a different Finish Line today and had to order the ones I wanted. Normally this a big deal to spend money and not get my item like you should, but the fellas and the nice gal did me solid by their laughter, enthusiasm and jist awesome atmosphere they created. First off I ventured away from my Nike shoes, bad move for me. They had good fun with my decision cause they all rocked Nikes and that was fun to be the center of the humor. Second I had to have my new Nikes shipped to me which I'm not a huge fan of but they assured me everything was gonna be fine and with their level of confidence of Finish Line I knew I was in good hands. Third they were great employees to be around. Joking, laughing and giving me advice. I would definitely recommend this group of younger folks at this location any day. They all deserve a fist bump for turning my idea of stepping out of the box into a good fun late evening. Thanks fellas and chicky. Keep that positive vibe going and we'll see ya soon.”
“It's amazing how unfriendly other stores employees seem after being in Reebok. The Reebok employees are quick to welcome you into the store and offer their assistance, they didn't have the exact shoe that I was looking for so they offered to order it online and have it shipped to my house at no extra cost. Will definitely be back as they always seem to have amazing deals for items that are much more worth your money than places like Nike or Under Armour. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up”

“Great clothes, shoes, jewelry, jammies, and more... They offer a bigger selection, then let's say the Elk River location, which can be really nice from time to time. I've found that every time I am there, their customer service is wonderful and very helpful. I would not hesitate to tell my friends and family to stop in anytime.”
