Went in to get a specific paint color. Was told I couldn’t get it in the sheen I wanted in quart size. Was offered no other solutions other than purchasing a gallon for $80. I’m painting one wall and do not need that much paint. The guy (Ada) told me he’d check other stores. Pretty sure he didn’t even do that because he asked his coworker and was told, “nope, we don’t have that.” Just curious how a dedicated paint store can’t do Moscow Midnight in semi gloss in a quart. It’s literally your paint. I ended up taking the sample to Home Depot to color match. I was told by them that A LOT of people do that due to issues they have at SW. How this store is still in business is incredible. Seems to be a hindrance to the community rather than an asset.
