Bought a pair of shoes and wore them twice and they would not allow a return even though the shoes were defective. One was fine but the other hurt while walking. Will not be shopping here ever again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Placed a Christmas order at the BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER. Sent it back for an exchange on 11/19/22 and STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ITEMS. I CANCELLED AND REQUESTED A REFUND A WEEK AGO. THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY. THEY ARE THIEVES AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATED A BUSINESS.

The manager at this store is extremely unhelpful and unpleasant. It’s impossible to make a return to the store within the 30 days they allow you to do so since they are frequently closed and only open until 6 pm on weeknights. Being a working adult, it is nearly impossible to make it out to Albertville by 6pm on a work night. They would not refund me as I was 2 days outside of the return window, even after explaining the circumstances. I did receive a gift card that I doubt I will use after finding out the staff walked out of the store… did they walk out due to poor working conditions or lack of pay? Either way, I can’t in good faith spend money with this location.

Just showed up at this location like 20 or so minutes before closing and the doors are already locked with peoplestill shopping inside. One of the staff members comes to the store from somewhere else and curtly informs me that they routinely close early and I should come back another time. This after 2 previous visits where they were closed all day for other reasons. Didn't even take the time to hear that I have been here twice before in the last week. I've been a lifelong Reebok customer and this is absolutely astounding! I need comfy shoes for my frontline work and this store wont allow me to purchase because they routinely close early! Sucks that this is the only store in the state. Do better Reebok!!

Lots of shoes, athletic clothing. Good Clearance rack for both men and women. Good prices on shoes but limited sizes.
