So impressed that I came here to write this review.My girls and I arrived at a busy time, but we were extremely well taken care of. Other customers looked to have the same experience. I had some questions about a particular smoking plan and the gal who was helping me gave me the exact expert advice I was looking for.I asked for some sliced meat and they showed me the first cut to make sure that I was happy with the thickness. I got some sliced cheese and they let me and my daughters sample as well. Niiiiice.Can't believe the many, varied types of brats they have in the fridge when you walk in. I couldn't resist. I'm gonna put my grill to WORK this weekend! Their Honey BBQ beef sticks apparently win awards and I couldn't help myself. SO GOOD.I was also impressed with their prices. I left with a lot of meats (and some smoked gouda); my tab was about a hundred bucks. Money well spent. I'll be back soon. Thanks to the staff for being awesome today!”
“First and foremost, the guys that work here are awesome! Always making sure you’re taken care of. We come here at least once a week and frequently get double smoked bacon, filet mignon, lean ground beef, garlic shrimp skewers, loaded twice baked potatoes and beef sticks and everything is always delicious! We’ve been going to this location since we moved here 5 years ago and have never been disappointed!”
“After many years of taking our deer to Elk River Meats, we decided this year to tryout Center Cut Meats in Roger's. Took all of our trimmings in and had them make sausage and some sticks. I will tell you that I am very impressed with what we got back. Had some Country Sausage along with Maple Blueberry Wild Rice. OMG, it was amazing. This store will definitely be our new go to for deer sausage and other products.”

“Great place to grab steaks! Great cuts. Picked up some New York Strips today and they’re so much better than other butchers. Prices are so much cheaper than most butchers and always so friendly. Hard to find a better place to stop and grab anything to toss on the grill.”
