“The customer service and actual internet outperform nearly all of the major companies I've used before. So happy to get away from Xfinity who nickel and dime customers over everything. I've never experienced such great customer service from an internet company. DataStream made my move to a new apartment so simple. My internet was already set up on move-in day. I've had the service for a little over a week and have had no issues with speed or connectivity. I was worried it would be a slow connection but I was 100% wrong. AND it's cheaper than Xfinity, even with the modem! Can't beat that. If anyone gets Lauren as a representative you will be in excellent hands! Thank you Lauren!”

“There are two managers here that are my absolute favorite, Dylan and Mike. I have returned back to this store three times this month setting up my new upgraded phone, I'm not very techy so I need a little extra help getting things set up. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!! They are always so kind and helpful! Everyone at this store is great but those two are my favorite! I will permanently be coming back here when I need support because of them! “Just went today to upgrade my phone. It was the best experience I have had upgrading a phone. I am used to slow service and lots of waiting. Not today! Customer service was great! I believe the girl's name was Jasmine? She was very knowledgeable about phones and everything. She even looked into our plan to see how we could save money and get into a better plan. She went above and beyond what I was expecting! Great experience and I would have no problem recommending this location to a friend or family member!”
