If you want terrible service and no shoes, step right on up to this finish line!! All the staff stood and stared and offered no help and when asked to retrieve shoe sizes the girl with dark hair and glasses would roll her eyes, say nothing and go to the back for 10 minutes at a time. EVERY TIME SHE RETURNED WITH NOTHING?! And to top it off after waiting on her to find the shoe that she already found we asked for a gift card instead of just waiting for nothing, she walked away again!!!

So get this. I come to the store at 6:25 when closing is 7. The doors are locked and there is three employees you can see standing around the counter. One unlockes the door and comes out saying sorry we are understaffed and that they have “higher up approval” to close. I find that funny because I don’t know how you can be understaffed when there hardly is anyone at the mall? From what I saw there was three employees. It’s a shoe store I just need one employee. Terrible service and lazy workers. Who is running this place?

This store was so dirty and messy and the day just started it wasn’t even noon yet. They had one employee whom was leaning over the counter on his phone.

Went shopping for our kids. They had 5 employees just standing around and no greeting. No hello. Waited and waited for somebody to help us to find shoes and not one employee offered to help. This is so disappointing as we had customer service that was great from here by one of the managers a couple months ago.

Do not count on their posted hours, luckily I called before leaving for this store, they notified me they close at 6pm EVERYDAY, not the posted 8pm.Update, dropped another star, they reached out with a non-functional website for me to respond. Did not gain my trust, losing me as a customer.

Drove approximately 35 mins to come and purchase something I really wanted, just to realize the stores where closes, why not just update your closing time on your website & not on the freaking door, I’m so irritated at this place

Terrible customer service! The shoes I bought were defective, but I wasn't allowed to return them at the store because they had been worn. The store had me call customer service, who can't help me because it was a store purchase!!!

I’ll get straight to the point Oct 31,2022 between 6-8. My son and walk in to check out shoe deals and I hear not only cursing in side conversations between employees, but also over the store radio. I don’t know what companies think this is, or if they think that everybody is about that life but nah everybody isn’t. For that reason, no matter if they had a deal, I went back down and bought my shoes from Nike. Management needs to tighten this up or lose money.

Every time I come here, it's closed before closing time. Doors are locked at 7, says it closes at 8Came here on a Thursday and it was locked up at 6, what gives?Update your hours is that's what it is, just is annoying making a trip out here after work only for the store to be closed.
