I been shopping here alots over the last year and like the value and quality of the stuff.I recently purchased two pairs of jeans. Did not realize I got two different sizes. Unfortunately by the time I went to wear the second pair I had no tags or recipe. I just want to exchange. I was told no way can do that. Very bad customer service will not shop there again.

Bought some clothing here and had to return an item. Staff said they don't take returns when the tags are removed, even when I had the tags with me. They reluctantly took the item back but they were rude about it. And this is why online sales are beating them. I won't be back to this store ever, no need to with so many other great options.

Wish they carried their higher end line of jackets. Some of their sale prices and deals here were more expensive than from their website. No bueno for me on that part.

The middle aged blond heavyset woman who’s likely a manager is very rude and condescending. However the shorter older woman is extremely helpful and friendly.

OK outlet. Used to be twice the size with a lot more good deals. Not much different now then going to a mall store.
