My wife was looking for a very specific style of Clark's dress shoes, so we stopped at their MOA store, but they didn't have them. So, we made the trek up to Albertville, knowing that our chances were slim, since they're an outlet store. We not even found one pair of the shoes she was looking for in her size, but we also took advantage of their 2/$99 special, and I ended up scoring a nice pair of boots! The staff was friendly, answered our questions, and gave us enough room to roam through the aisles and try on lots of shoes. In the end, we walked out with two pairs of shoes for the same price of what we would have paid for one, back at MOA. I'd say that's a pretty sweet deal!

I had the worst experience with the Manager of the store at Albertville, Mn.6415-Labeaux ave NE. I had a pair of shoes that literally fell apart, and I wanted someone to see them. She told me she never seen the shoes before & she has worked there for 3 years! She said there was nothing she could do for me. I called Customer Service & received an explanation why the shoes feel apart, which was very helpful! The Customer Service Rep. asked if she could talk to the Manager. I put her on the phone & she also told her there was nothing she could do. I told the Manager I would Never buy another pair of shoes there! Didn’t seem to phase her!

If you have never worn Clark's you are missing out on a very comfortable pair of shoes. Upon moving to Minnesota I was unfamiliar with what was available in men's shoes. As one of my boots was lost in transit so as I scanned for a local mall or independent shoe company I found living in Maple Grove has the perk of the Albertville Outlets. Dead middle of winter I drove the short distance to the local Clark's store. There staff is solid, the selection is good and you can usually get a buy one pair the second is $20. I walked out with two pairs of leather Clark's boots for $80 which is amazing. They have a rotating selection and can order from other outlets if necessary. I also picked up shoe protectant and a wallet to round out the experience. Come check out their selection of men's and women's shoes, they have comfort and style

Buy one get one for $20.00 and I found some really cool shoes here! Always a great sale of some sort, and there not your dads shoes anymore. Its cool to walk into this store and actually have someone talk to you let alone greet you with sale details. If you ever shop this mall you know thats rare, and they changed things up new team and Manager its a cool store with some great shoes.
