Just disgusted with this place. Online order for a sausage breakfast pizza. $19 and some. Got the confirmation email, showed up 25 minutes later, walk in… no pizza. “We did not get your order”. But when I told him to refund my money, he went to his kiosk and there it was. Absolutely incompetent and it screwed my schedule up for the rest of the morning. That is a quick way to lose business.

If you don't have the staff to run it or product on the shelves just close the doors.
No food nothing stocked and can't accept cash what a joke.

The cashiers are often rude, or careless about thier job. I bought a Casey's branded food item from this location in May 24 that after getting home, looked contaminated. Today when i went to pay for something, the cashier took my money, did not even bother to count it or give me the change back. I will not be returning to this store, and if this is how Casey's managed any store, i would not bother with any of them.

This Casey’s might be the worst Casey’s we’ve ever seen. We moved to St Michael about 6 months ago and have tried to come here for breakfast pizza 3 times and all three times they didn’t have any. This time they had a sign on the door that said they didn’t have a cook. Not sure what is up with this location, but they need to figure it out or be shut down. It’s just a bad look for Casey’s.

Went to order a pizza in person, and it seemed difficult for the person taking the order. Not the least bit personable. I gave up and walked out from them being out of 2 of the toppings I had wanted. Kitchen area looked dirty too. I'll find a different Casey's, as I heard the pizza was great. I just don't trust getting it from the Albertville location.

We ordered a pizza and two salads. They were out of salad. Instead of contacting us to tell us, they put passing on that information on the DoorDash driver who had nothing to do with it. And still charged us for it. I called the store, nobody answered. They tried to tell the DoorDash driver this was an issue with Door Dash. Nope, I ordered from Casey's, and they didn't have the food or a solution, this is a Casey's problem. I will be going into the store in personally if I don't get in contact with someone soon.

This used to be a go-to stop. Sadly, something seems to have changed for the worse recently. Food is rarely in stock, employees have often been in the kitchen yelling at each other rather than helping customers, and the store has been closed during posted operating hours with no warnings or updates posted to customers.
I love Casey’s, but this is really disappointing.

I am not exaggerating when I say that I’ve attempted to go to this gas station at least 10+ times for breakfast pizza or other items and they’re always out.
The other morning I went they were just completely closed with no sign to update customers. Truly the worst Casey’s around.

This is the worst gas station ever as far as staff goes!
I swear they hire every freek of nature they can find!
Avoid going in if you can!

Got fuel here today and you're screen keep on saying remove chip card even though I already removed and when I was done filling up it said remove chip card again and the place is locked so I can't go inside to make sure everything is alright with the transaction
