used to be great but with staffing challenges its great unless you have a dog that needs ongoing care- always referred to bluepearl/emergency vet for care. moved to a different vet.

Not recommended. They were great 10 years ago, but with retirement of one vet the replacement isn't good. Dr Reid is compassionate, but the other vet is not.

All the staff are "The Best of the Best". Have been going to Dr Sell for years. Even before Best Friends. Would highly recommend them!

We’ve been with Dr Sell & Dr Reid since they worked at St Michael Vet, and would follow them to the moon, if necessary. These doctors and all Staff are highly educated, compassionate, down to earth, non- judgmental, trustworthy and fairly priced. We are so fortunate to have this caliber of expertise in our small-ish town. It is well worth getting on the wait list to get your pets into the phenomenal care of this clinic!

We have been visiting BestFriends since they opened since we had originally been seeing Dr. Sell for years before at a different clinic. The staff at Bestfriends is caring, helpful and friendly. I trust this clinic with the care of my furry friends!

We’ve been taking our pets here for years and highly recommend them. The staff is patient and empathetic and just wonderful to pets and their people alike. They are always willing to answer our questions by phone when we worry and they are thorough in their care of the four legged members of our family.

Awesome vets. They love their patients nearly as much as their families do. Always take the time to explain everything and answer our questions, and Maisy always gets a treat!

Dr. Sell and her team are just awesome. I have been to a lot of Vet's, but by far, Best Friends is the best!!!

They had a cancellation and were able to take us last minute due to an emergency with one of our catsThey saw us as quickly as possibleThey really spent the time checking off all the boxes during the regular exam, unlike every other vet we have gone through, which is weird because not only is that the point of an exam but also you're paying for those services (and most places don't give them to you, but this place does!)The nurses were very gentle and understanding, the vet was very knowledgeable and explained everything very wellThey did their best to diagnose my baby without breaking my bank, while also keeping him as comfortable as possibleThey came to the same conclusion we did, as well as the same conclusion our vet consult came to prior to our visit hereAll the other vets in town have been overpriced or rude during my animals times of need, but this place actually put in the work and was cheaper than everywhere elseThey were also flexible about payment (even though we were able to pay it just fine) which is very nice considering how hard these moments can beWe will be coming back!

I guess I'm somewhere in the middle. Our first appointment was a little awkward for a vaccine appointment. Doctor didn't give me the impression she was an animal lover as she wasn't very friendly. She also seemed a little anxious as if she had too much coffee.Animals feel people and situations. I just hoped it would have be more of a warm welcoming & comfortable experience. To me that is just as important as the care.

Dr. Sell is the best. She takes her time to go over any issues and is very patient with you. I would surely recommend Best Friends Veterinary Clinic.
