This store has always had first class service. I have been a customer since before this location ever opened. Larry is a rockstar! He stayed late to make sure my car was done correctly and on time. And on a Friday! Greatly appreciated!

Today we had an emergency with our vehicles engine overheating, called albertville car care center. They were able to get us in almost immediately, allowed us to bring our dog inside. Lovely sitting/waiting area. Every employee had exceptional customer service. We were treated so respectfully. Would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you so so much to everyone that helped us!

I’ve been here multiple times and it is fast and the waiting room is comfortable. I’ve asked them to check my brakes before and they told me I didn’t need it yet which shows they are honest

I took my 2016 Honda Fit here for a simple brake jobs. They quoted me $526 just to replace front rotors and pads. I told them no thanks. Then they charged me $32 just for looking at my car. No work was done. I found replacement parts for $100.What a rip. Had I known, I would never have gone there.

We are very grateful for the staff at Albertville Car Car Center. Our son had car trouble along the freeway and barely made it to their facility. They got the car looked at quickly, fixed it and we got it back all within the same day! Thank you for taking great care of us!

These folks are probably the nicest team I've ever dealt with.. You can hear the passion as you speak with them on the phone or in person.. There pricing is the best around the area and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great work and a great price for peeps on a budget as myself.. Great service. They were able to get me in the next day and remove a nail from my tire and then plugged up the hole in the tire so that I can continue to get use w/out having to buy a new tire right away.
