I had a great experience from start to finish. Communication from beginning to end was flawless and the job was completed on time(even ahead of time) and the workmanship was excellent as well. It's impossible to tell my car was in an accident. Thank you for a job well done!

This place is horrible. We could never get a hold of anyone, lied to us about what happened to our estimate. Then over charged us on parts to basically total our car with bumper damage. Management is rude, the lady who does answer, she will talk over you, talk down to you, and lie to you about the where the estimate is, or was. Oh, and if that wasn't enough, they won't send the estimate to insurance or communicate with them whatsoever! Never going back to these horrible people. Highly do not recommend.

I hit a deer with my wife’s brand new Durango. The front end was damaged significantly, needing replacement of the bumper, grilles, fender and hood. This shop was recommended by a friend, as well as my insurance company. From the moment I dropped it off, I was pleasantly surprised with how well they run this shop! Neat and clean, with friendly employees. They communicated all the way through the process, and I always knew how the repairs were progressing. They finished the job on time, and the repairs are absolutely FLAWLESS! I am especially impressed with the paint work, it looks better than the factory paint!

Doesn't seem to be very important to take on any new projects. Been waiting for a quote for 4 months restoring the finish on my 2006 vw.I have the feeling that Jamie keeps blowing me off. Weird to me from what I've heard about this place.

They did good work, very friendly, but it took 6 weeks for me to get my car back. I understand some of it is due to shortages, but that was their estimate, so I planned for that. Looks like they have more work than employees, like a lot of places these days.

They are AWESOME! We’ve been going to Albertville body shop since 2010, when ever we need body work done . This visit was due to a pheasant going through my grill. Jamie and his crew work on vehicles like artists. Their work is always a masterpiece! Very reasonable prices. They go above and beyond, my truck was detailed on the inside when I picked it up. I had some hail damage to my truck.They had my truck for a couple of days and they did an awesome job on it.When I picked it up the truck was washed and vacuumed and they cleaned the dash board on it as well.I keep my truck clean anyways but they did it anyway.I would recommend them to anyone.Friendly group of people there and will to help you out.
