Brock came out to look at my dishwasher that I couldn't get to turn on and didnt have time to mess with. He spent 5-10min looking at it before saying I need a whole new control board for $200 plus installation or I can buy a used dishwasher from him. After he left I reset the breaker and wouldn't ya know, my dishwasher is good as new again. The thing could have even just needed to be plugged back in, but he never checked to know. It's disappointing because the last time I used his services, things were great!

Great folks to do business with.
I had a problem with a used laundry machine I bought from them. They made sure I was completely taken care of by replacing the machine. Heartily recommended.

I bought a washer from them 6 years ago. I went and bought a dryer two weeks and I used it once and now the dryer is making a funny noise called them and they ordered the part the part came in and I am still waiting. Family of 6 needs a working dryer sold a broke dryer

We got washer dryer and a gas stove at a very reasonable price. My only reason for a 4 star review is that, the appliances are not cleaned before sale. I did not have to. Deal with dirty appliances when I bought from a used store in Minneapolis.
