I use the laundry mat quite frequently. The place is dirty, some of the machines wreak of mildew. I feel I need to sanitize my washer prior to use which I do most of the time. The outside of the property is not kept up--weeds, garbage etc. For the price it should at the very least be clean!

Over the past several months, this laundromat has gone down hill. At least 6 of the dryers are broken, and have been that way for a couple of months now. Furthermore, their bathroom is now out of order, which makes it extremely difficult when you need to be in there for longer periods of time to complete your laundry.The owner is also unresponsive regarding broken machines/refunding your money. I contacted the owner regarding a $5 refund due to a dryer that stopped working after I had already paid. He made me jump through hoops, saying that I had to download the laundry boss app in order to get a refund. Once I did that he told me I would have to scan a machine to process a refund. Once i did EVERYTHING that he asked, he became unresponsive and I never received a refund. I have spent over $500 in this place since September, and it is really crappy that I was treated this way.

Machines worked great, there were 4 I think it was that were inoperable, but that is to be expected, the daily housekeeper was there and doing a great job keeping the area clean and hospitable to the customer.

Absolutely the most over priced laundromat I have ever been to. Dryers do not heat enough to dry so it costs bare minimum of 7.00 a load. Cost for today’s laundry which was two large loads 26.00 I normally pay 11 to 13 for two large loads and they use the same exact brand of machines. I’m leaving with still damp clothes. They won’t be seeing my business again.

Nice laundromat. Very clean. Only complaint is they charge too much for the dryers. The several times I’ve used them my clothes were dry well before the cycle ended. Would rather put a minimum in, and then add quarters if need be.

I used to come here often but the new prices are ridiculous. I’m on a fixed budget and can’t afford the price increase. The new washers are 3.25 for the default setting but if you want any other setting it’s 25cents more and dryers are now 3.50. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we have to pay $7 a load when it only used to be 2.50 to wash and 1.75 to dry.

There are more people at the laundromat with and without masks. More new machines, costs more to wash but drying is free

Used to come here once a week on their half off wash Wednesdays... It's really close to my apartment so the convenience was always a huge plus too. They recently had their business broken into and robbed and had to replace their washers and dryers.... those costs seem to be the customers responsibility and their prices doubled... $3.50 to dry my clothes is definitely not worth my time, and they either stopped doing the half off special or they expect $7 for their normal washer on every other day because it was also $3.50 this Wednesday. I'm sorry you were robbed, and wish you the best. Sadly for you, I don't feel your new rates are worth the convenience and will do my laundry elsewhere. Thanks for the previous washes and deals.... Good luck with your future
