It's unfortunate to say, but this was the worst experience for a haircut I have had. I know we all have our bad days but my husband and I will not be going back.
Reasons Why:
- Husband's hair cut was messed up. Asked for an inch on top of his head and a #2 razor blade on the side with a fade. The picture shows what his hair looks like after the appointment.
- My haircut was messed up. I asked for it to be a certain length, it was still too long so I asked for it to be cut again and the woman servicing me was irritated with me when I did so. Multiple strands of hair were longer than the rest of my hair. The right side of my hair was longer than the left. She left my hair wet and did not blowdry it. No picture was taken since I went to another place to get it fixed.
- My eyebrows I had waxed. One eyebrow is no thinner and shorter than the other eyebrow. Video attached shows the eyebrows.
- You could tell they were in a rush to get done rather than giving us an actual service even though we set up appointments.
(I went to a different place to go get my hair fixed right after but unfortunately they couldn't fix my eyebrows due to irritation)

I got a haircut at fantastic sams in Albert iea when I was done getting my haircut trimming and didn't notice till I got home do you have a lot of long hairs on the top of my head I had to cut them off myself then she trim my mustache and cut it way too high over my lip and it looks terrible her name was Trina cost me $25 for a haircut that wasn't worth the money and will not be going back there

Worst haircut ever !! Long strands. Uneven. No style to it. Never again ! Going elsewhere tomorrow to get it fixed.

It's great in a pinch and scheduling online is nice, but $25 for a women's trim is pricey.

I have always gone to Fantastic Sams, because the service is above all better than Cost Cutters and Great Clips. I've visited this location twice.Upon visiting today, I was greeted the moment I walked in by Mary. She also gave me my haircut. We had a pleasant conversation. Very helpful, and very friendly. This is my go-to place for haircut. The service is far better, and they do everything to want to make you come back. Really depends on the stylist. In my experiences the results are typically acceptable, with an occasional bad cut. Most of the stylists are kind and work to make you feel comfortable and determine what you want. Bringing a picture can always help. Overall, a standard and clean atmosphere with attentive, courteous employees.

Your appointment doesn't seem to matter to them, had a 1pm appointment for haircut and beard trim. Waited until 1:30 and was told two others were still before me. Had a wedding at 3! Needless to say I will never patron them again! Highly unprofessional!!!Service: Haircut

My daughter and I had our haircut there yesterday afternoon by Candace. She was GREAT!!! Very patient with my daughters snarls and treatment with oil. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and offered recommendations. We will definitely return!Services: Bang trim
