No phones ever in stock that are quote unquote "new", system is always down apparently, call the store to find out ahead of time to save gas on the ride there and get hung up on by the employee. This is the worst phone provider I have ever had and the employees are 10 times worse. not even my damn GPS works and when I asked them if I can upgrade my phone they hung up on me. I'd give a lower score if I could.

The “Area Manager” Nicole Melton is insanely rude and disrespectful. She invited me to interview for their Store Manager position in Albert Lea. She spent the entire interview trashing my education, my experience, and just on her phone. Unprofessionalism at its finest.
