I was in a severe accident in the last snow storm. My car didn’t survive but I did. After having to explain my choices through several phone calls, Mike met me on his day off so I could empty my car. He was extremely kind and helpful.Then I forgot my house keys in the center counsel (?). Becky found them and mailed them to me.Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They showed concern for my welfare.I’m so grateful.

I've only had to stop here once or twice in my entire life but the few times that I have the guys behind the counter seemed very knowledgeable and new exactly what I needed based on my terrible description and other lack of knowledge when it comes to vehicles.

Went there with a piece of fuel line for them to match. They "matched" it and cut a foot off the roll. I paid and went to install it. Wrong size. I took it back along with the original and they said "yup wrong size". They cut a foot off the roll of the correct size. Then they charged me for it! Their mistake! I brought a sample! I suggested that this was poor customer service. No effect. Not going back, ever.
