Albany Oil quoted a price for $125.00 for on site service " that includes wenching at site" and a mileage charge to the site location. I was charged $200.00 on the bill for "special services" of which there were none. There were no special services mentioned in the verbal quote. When the employee was confronted about the bill they said they explained the "special service" when they had not. The wenching service took approximately fifteen minutes. This company is dishonest. I would not recommend doing business with Albany Oil if you do get a written detailed quote prior to service.

VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE!!!! The employee rounded the lug nuts in the process of taking off my tire. Once he removed the screw that caused my flat and plugged it, he was unable to get it back on the rim. The result was numerous scratches on the $200+ rim and slivers cut off the inside of my tire. The owner thought that $35 (the price of the tire plug) was compensation enough for the damages. This place is a joke, it has kids that don't know what they are doing working on your vehicles and the owner obviously doesn't care about his customers.
