Ordered & paid for a blue hydrangea.. got white carnations, button mums, filler ,and 1 sprig of hydrangea.. very disappointed and it looked terrible. Will never use this florist again.
Update: Amy called and apologized saying it was miscommunication, and offered a refund..if needed I will go back to this florist. Thanks Amy for reaching out to me.

Amy was so kind and called when delivery didn’t work out due to no fault of Albany Floral. She was easy to work with and offered to deliver to an alternate location. They are the best!!

Brian @ Albany Floral was amazing to work with! He was so helpful and even sent us pictures of items that they had that he thought would work for the occasion we were wanting to send something to. We will definitely be working with Albany Floral again!!

I ordered a funeral arrangement and was very pleased with the results. Brian worked up a very thoughtful and beautiful design mixing live plants and fresh cut florals. I was delighted with his suggestions and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again! A+++

EVERYTIME I get flowers from them they are absolutely gorgeous, fresh, and better than expected. I can’t say enough about the quality of the flowers I received. They deserve more than a five star rating…they are the best EVER!!!!

my daughter's prom wristlet we ordered was completely wrong. I sent my daughter to get it. I would never have brought such a sub par item out if the building!! less than an hour after pick up, stored in the fridge, the flowers are half wilted. I never ordered a boutonniere but we have one! which made the wristlet half the size it should be. I never ordered rhinestones in it aaaaaand, there's rhinestones in it. the flower leaves in the items are fake! are you kidding me, from a live floral shop. I can't believe I paid $25 for such a horrible product. and the floral shop is closed early on prom Saturday. way to go
