Automated phone service is HORRIBLE. Finally got to the “Agent” line and no one was available. All I wanted to do was see if a post office accepted general delivery.

Please deliveries mail to porch/front door please don't leave mail in my ditch or bring it back to the post office that us 30 mins away

I would put zero stars if I could. The skinny lady with straight short shoulder length lighter hair that is always working there is incredibly rude. Even my own child told me that she was being sassy. Customer service here is horrible. Absolutely horrible.
