I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I had a total loss of a honda crv and was looking for a new one. I found Wyrick had one on Facebook for slightly above what i could pay. I offered a price and was told they needed to check with the owner when they came back much higher than i offered i said ok thanks if there is more money in my budget ill get back to you. They replied trying to get me to finance through them to pay less i said no. They came back to me with a best and final offer which i was interested so i came in. He was selling a vehicle to someone else he ran us the keys said take your time test driving it. There was almost no gas he said if you buy it I’ll fill it up. We went and put a gallon in just to test drive it. Drive great no issues. Come back ask him about the gas he said i drove it for weeks this car is 100% fixed nothing is wrong it’s good to go. The person they are selling the car to are eating showing eachother pictures hanging out basically. We waited 3 hours outside in the car i sent my family to get themselves food for him to say are you coming back i said I’m still here. They came back alittle after finally our turn. Seemed great told us about his kids and dogs ect i told him about the terrible loss we had and how we needed this car. He never filled the tank because “ our gas station is closed” after i waited hours to be seen. I drove home and to work the next day to find out it’s saying check fuel cap. I message them like hey what’s going on with this you guys said 100% and told me multiple times it has been inspected. They pretty much said that’s what you get for buying used. Then said we should have gotten a warranty mind you he did not offer it to us until a day AFTER buying it the SAME Day i messaged him about the fuel cap. Then after i sent him his own messages about his claims of the vehicle they offered me a new gas cap which after looking up was .0001% chance that was the case. But he told me it was in the next day. I drove home almost home it comes on i let them know they claim they will work with me on it but i need to pay half for all repairs i said no you guys promised me this was 100% many many many times they said i lost MY “goodwill” by getting the price lower even though they came back to me with an offer and the offer was within NADA current market. They even try to say if i get it fixed with them i would need pay half of the gas cap they ALREADY gave me which did not fix the problem and they cut and took my old cap. Uh no. I was irate i do not trust them to fix my vehicle. RUN THE CODES MAKE THEM FILL THE CAR THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR $1. My salesman will probably reply to this as he told us he does. He WAS a nice guy so we thought. Just think twice and do your research drive the car far so you can truly see its quirks. Im not saying every car is bad im saying they will lie to your face regardless as this was not a freak experience. I ran the codes they knew what they were doing.

Horrible customer service turned down cash so they can make more money on finance! Thanks David cars are not serviced like they say they are all lies people will do anything to make a sale and overprice they’re cars!

Dave was extremely helpful and upfront while we purchased our vehicle. There were even a few little concerns we had with the car that they were more than willing to take a look into. They got it and had all concerns addressed the next day and ordered a few missing parts for us to pick up later. They even took their time to look deeper into the issues to make sure they were all set. I don't think I'll need another car soon, but when I do I'll be stopping at Wyrick's first!

This was my first experience buying a used car in 20 years but Dave made the whole process very comfortable. Communication was excellent immediately. There was zero pressure to buy but very helpful guidance on warranty options to protect our investment once we decided to complete the purchase. My husband and I would certainly send friends and family to see Dave.

I had a great Experience here at Wyrick Auto. I worked with Dave Barz and he was fantastic. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car, he was very detailed on the process, what to expect, broke down numbers in detail, explained things throughly. He treats his clients like they are friends and that made my experience less nerve wracking. I love that he checks in to see how things are going afterward too.I’d highly recommend buying a car from Wyrick and working with Dave!

Dave is very easy to talk too. Interested in what we needed. No pressure at any time. Made sure we had all the information on the vehicle that we wanted to purchase. He also came in on his day off. Which was over the Christmas Holiday. Thank you Dave.

Buying my hyundai santa fe was so easy with Wyrick Auto. Dave made sure I was getting everything I wanted in a car that was also going to last me a long time. I’ve drove the car for 3 years now and still love it just as much as when I bought it.

This comes in two parts, but i found a wrangler i liked on the wyrick website and tried to apply for it. Unfortunately another employee sold it before i could buy it. The dealer as a whole could have washed their hands of the situation and simply said "oh well" but their staff decided to make it right by me and found another one to take in and sell to me, and yet a 2nd one for my girl too! Special shout out to their sales rep David Barz for sticking with us the whole time with a great attitude and response time, and helping us through getting out of state loans when another loan company tried to rip us off, he stood by us and did us right. 11/10 would reccomend!

Excellent customer service and very helpful, they were awesome about letting me get a second opinion on the vehicle I purchased. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had with a used car dealership, and a great selection of quality vehicles. Definitely recommend!

First I like to say that they I got a good quality use card from them but the customer service and was very poor as I was told the car will be ready one day got a call so I won’t be ready until the next day got there at 3:30 in the afternoon his car was still not ready I was told that they were having problems with the locks and they would give me a $400 credit towards getting the logs fixed and that would be plenty to fix the lax of course that it was not and no help from them at all it was almost $600 to get the lights fixed I like vehicle also the very same day a wheel bearing went out and car so I had to get that fixed and they said oh you have a great warranty it will cover everything well it doesn’t cover anything basically and he said it was one of the best warranties as it was put in my car we’re actually with no knowledge of me doing it but I agreed to put on it as it was a used car still no help on this issue neither but once again like I would like to say I did get a good quality used car at a good fair price I just think they need to improve other customer service end of it and follow up with customers as there was no follow up in the last but not least my plate expired on the car on April 15 which is yesterday still no follow up on this I called and they said oh don’t worry it will come in the mail in the next week or two you won’t get pulled over or nothing like that isAs a secretary of state is way behind so don’t worry about that I might end but still I think there should’ve been a follow up saying that hey we’re having trouble getting the plate through the secretaries day once again customer service customer service this is how you bring people back with customer service you need to improve on this drastically and do follow ups to see how the customer is doing well you have a great day there everybody in hopefully if you if you buy a car from these people make sure you get some good customer service as I need to improve on this customer service customer service no follow up no follow up have a great day
