“Very easy to get in and out of. Need appt. Call Shipping/ receiving on arrival. Number on sign as you pull in.Have your confirmation # ready.Pilot very close bye. Typically 1-2 hrs for loading, they bring paperwork and seal out to truck, usually within a minute of getting green light.”
“Great experience! My pick up was scheduled for Tuesday at 8am. I arrived Monday at 11am. Checked in and was told they would see if they could work me in. Put me in the door at 1:30pm was out by 3pm. So happy they could get me back home a day earlier. Plenty of space for backing up too!”
“Nice place to pickup at. Takes some time to get in the dock but they load you quick.There is overnight parking as well. You just have to make sure you are not in the wayWatch they might over load you. There is a scale down the road”

“Driver: P/U's will have appointment times. So, if you were told it's open time, the broker is lying. You may waste hours waiting for them to work you in, or getting called close to appointment. I sat an extra 2+hours waiting. They got me into dock 1.5 hours before my appointment. When in dock they were very fast to load.Can park overnight on either side of lot.”
