“They DO what the local Holland MI Chevy Dealership only pretends to do! I had been bringing my 2015 Chevy Equinox to DeNooyer Chevy ever since I bought it in 2017 to change my oil and do maintenance and inspections at regular intervals (basic things like change out my engine air filter and cabin air filter). Guess what I found out today - 7 years later? They were only charging me for those things and putting it on my invoices! They WERE NOT ACTUALLY REPLACING THOSE FILTERS! When Dacota (at Valvoline) removed my cabin air filter with me sitting there watching, it was DISGUSTING! Piled up with dust and mouse nest material! It looked like it had never been changed out since the car left the factory! He dumped all the material out and showed me the bare filter and there is no way it had been changed in YEARS! Same with the engine air filter! It was black and disgusting. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DE NOOYER CHEVROLET OF HOLLAND and I will never take my car anywhere else for basic oil changes and repairs except Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Zeeland, MI”
“This was my first time experiencing Costa Oil and WOW! These guys have the “customer service” DOWN! We were offered water, thoroughly shown everything that was happening (which shows their honesty/integrity) and they even offered to fill up my quad tires!
It’s been a while since I’ve run into this kind of service!!!

When delivering my vehicle to Heights, I was met by Dale, the owner. After a brief look at my vehicle, he completed a 3 minute fix on the spot, and wouldn't take any payment. You can trust these guys!”

“This place is responsive and responsible. They were awesome setting up the appointment and ready for me when I arrived. When going to work on my tire they told me I was missing the key to my locking lug nut. The dealership suggested they could ruin the locking the nuts & replace with standard nuts after the tire was installed. The service guy was reluctant to do so bc he was concedes about ruining the tire in the process. I appreciated their concern for my car rather than just trying to make the sale. They were understanding & offered several options to me! I’ll go back there next time! Bill and the gang are great.”

“I went to a different place in town for my first oil change when I was sixteen and the guys there were rude and made me feel like a dumb teenage girl. So, I went to Vavoline the next time and I was a bit anxious that the same thing would happen. However, the guys who work here are amazing! They are so friendly and helpful. I’ll never go anywhere else!”
“Had a great experience from Tuffy Tires. Took my truck to get fix. Had to replace rack and pinion and hoses also transmisión cooling lines and oil cooling lines. Service was great the guys did an awesome job. Good customer service and the prices for the work done and parts was reasonable. “I bought a new battery from Walmart's website because they didn't have it in stock at the Holland store and took it here to get installed the next week in the morning. I was waited on within a few minutes, got my information entered in their system and they pulled my truck in the bay area. What's nice now is that they have notifications letting you know what stage the installation is in and when your vehicle is ready. I picked up a prescription and waited a few and it was ready. Will be putting 4 new tires on my truck soon that I have already picked out and getting them installed at this location. Very happy with the service I received from the 2 people that took care of me.”
