Just got done grabbing a few groceries. Very bad service. I was checking out and there were at least 4 ppl standing around, not one person offered to help bag my groceries. The guy next to me same thing. They have ppl there to help but they wanted to talk to each other and be on their phones. When I complained to the manager he never apologized or said anything. I will stick with other grocery stores if this is the best you can do with service.

Deli staff are some of the rudest individuals I've ever met. Horrible idea to make it to where they have to serve you the food. They act like they hate their life and you for making them ruin their life to ask them for food.

Had 2 of some of the most Crabbiest and unfriendliest old ladies I ever met help me out at check out. They looked 70-80 years old. I was Shipt shopping and they made the experience horrible. Just had a little hiccup with tax exempt , almost like she didn’t respect or believe me, or she had no patience . One lady rudely responded “I don’t care” when I was just politely explaining my situation. They got bent out of shape easily. Man , some old people just out here really not caring.. honestly it’s more pleasant to have the younger generation check you out and see you off to your day. ??♂️ I rarely go to this location , but left the store not ever wanting to come back.

Thank you Family Fare. Yesterday I accidentally left two bags of groceries at the self checkout. I went back the next day and found out that the employees carefully logged the items! I was helped the next day by the evening manager Barb and another customer service member in training. Both were very friendly and patient. It reminded me why I shop at this store. Thank you so much!
