I got the items I needed, stood in line, let a customer ahead of me since he only had 1 item, the lady being helped at register had numerous gift cards as well as other items. Something was giving the cashier problem with the gift cards so long story shorter I left the line and went to set down my items and the purple haired manager who cashier called out from office to help had to crudely say " hand me the items if you dont want them" so I hand her items and she rudely says " patience is a virtue" I responded with " I ve been patient" little does she know what all took place as she was in A back room instead of trying to help the line by running a register herself. Oh and no I didn't have a lot of extra time to stand in line as I was hurrying to get items to bring to health workers and go see my mother who is in heart failure/end of life. I will not go to this store ever again if they can't stop and think of a person's situation before being rude.

Apparently, the cashiers are not aware of the 5$ refund policy for any purchase over 25$. (Zeeland store, Adams street)

As of recent they are short staffed but would be nice if ya put a bigger sign up( Construction Paper) instead of the post it size sign so ppl don't have to walk all the way to the door

Went to go into buy some drinks and the store is closed. Door says opens at 8 but doors are locked and no one will answer the phone. Not sure what’s going on.

Accidentally left a bag at the store and I wasn’t able to go back and get it tonight. I tried calling numerous times but the line was busy every time. Really disappointed by this.

The store is in a mess almost every time I go in there. A lot of boxes are sitting on the floor. There are a lot of bare shelves. Their out of a lot of merchandise. I wish I knew when their trucks come in.

A blizzard and Christmas are almost here, and the store was swamped! BUT, the gentleman at the cash register was WONDERFUL!! He was cheerful and efficient instead of stressed and frustrated. Many customers left with a smile on their faces because of him!

Always have amazing service until now. New kid working today (kid rock concert TShirt on) was so rude to customers. I couldn’t believe it. Sad!
