We recently had a small issue opening the garage door on our storage unit, and we left a message during the weekend with the office. Tim returned our call very promptly. He was very responsive and helpful in getting the issue resolved in a timely manner. He communicated frequently and informed us when the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone needing storage.

I've been renting a unit with Access Mini storage for 4 years, they just switched over to Extra space. Had to go into the office to talk with Kelly about a request and she was so nice and easy to work with. Very personable.

Stopped in to update my payment info after the change in ownership this afternoon. The two ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about any new policy changes and to verify and update my contact/payment information. The customer service was just outstanding. Thank you

Good and friendly staff. And since we were doing some clean up and throwing things out, in the process of moving between places, it was very nice to have a dumpster available onsite, that we could use to offload some things.

Very good price , friendly service , it's Awesome that I'm not too far away from my unit ,, maybe within a mile IF that ! And their insurance that I have to cover for any damages that may occur ,, it's nice to know they Do care if anything happens ! Which in today's world ,, it's comforting to know that someone Does care about your belongings,, just like it's theirs ?
