Go to a different location is my advice. Walked in with intent to get basic cable for the *3* channels i need it for and possibly internet, they first tried selling me mobile plans before talking about anything else, the person helping me had pants sagging to his knees and was vaping in the store before we walked in. His manager was correcting what he was saying to me from across the room, she came over to help eventually and just tried selling me more channels after I said multiple times that I only need and want 3 channels from the basic plan. They couldn't clarify what had a contract and what didn't. I came in there with money to spend and left with nothing due to their unprofessionalism.

Slowest service in Washtenaw county only one employee knows what he's is doing second time coming in and waiting almost a hour because everyone is just confused what to do and needs help

After corporate customer service jerk me around for eight hours and bricked my phone. The awesome people at this location were able to give me the help that I needed incredibly kind calming and professional. Thank you also very much!!

Customer Service over the phone failed to upgrade my phone service correctly after two attempts, so I visited the store. All they could do for me at the store was to give me the customer service number so I could try a third time. So they were basically useless. I'd give 0 stars if I could

Went in to get assistance in regards to my billing, but they redirected me to a comcast phone billing department.
Someone apparently paid cash for a bill and they accidentally credited my account instead of the customers account. They weren’t apologetic for the mistake on their part and made me pay a late fee.
Called Comcast to complain and they refunded me my money after going through multiple representatives.
What’s interesting is I got a whole different story, the store and the comcast billing were not on the same page.
Moral of the story DO NOT just believe what they tell you at the store. Make sure to do more digging. Your money is worth fighting for, unless you’re generous.

I was at this location the other day to get a new modem. Not long after I got there I was added to the wait list by a staff member. I wasn’t waiting long before I was helped and they swapped out my modem quickly. The staff was great and I was in and out of their store in no time. It was a good experience.

After having the worst experience at the Ann Arbor store on oak valley I had no choice but to go to the Ypsilanti store and they were amazing people!! My son spent almost 24 hours w out his phone because the Ann Arbor store would not help with the situation due to laziness. I want to make it very clear that the Ypsilanti store is NOTHING like that and Sean the manager was so helpful he went the extra mile!! Way to go Sean and your crew you made it look so easy and thank you for being so great!

Your time is valuable but so is mine and spending days trying to get account straight seems impossible even when you try. Are no stars an option or negative stars?

I am a former University professor who is struggling greatly due to brain cancer. And I have always struggled prior to brain cancer where technology. I recently bought a phone and was having a series of troubles with the Samsung A 15. Within one day I had used 4 GB. How is that possible? Will it turned out that Google Chrome was running in the background and I could not get it toggled off. I could not find after doing a massive amount of searching where is this option. I ended up calling customer service technology department. After 45 minutes on the phone with them they cannot figure out either and it was late. So the next morning I tried again with the same department and get a new representative who cannot figure it out. I was so frustrated. At least I know it wasn't just me so I can't blame it on the cancer. I went into Xfinity in person and I meant Justin who I have seen before. Within 10 seconds he had it fixed. It is a process that is nowhere near what is Illustrated in videos he was kind and considerate and thorough and show me a couple of other things about the phone. I told him he should be running the damn company. The level of his professionalism matches the great level of an exuberant personality. I am unbelievably grateful to him. I had also recently dealt with Marcus who is another extraordinary gentleman. He was helping me with selections it was a great salesperson. I really really I'm so appreciative of this store and the fine employees.

I don't know what is happening with the internet, I have been with this company for years and lately it has not been working well, I have been calling for months to verify what is happening and after waiting for long minutes, because they only want a machine to fix it, the which gives you options that are not what you have, you are served by a person who, according to what they say, will fix the problem, but the problem remains. This is all happening since they installed the 5G call. now it's worse.

I stopped in to ask a question about streaming Peacock and De Shon was great. He answered all my questions and when he looked at my account he discovered I could save $40 a month by switching plans. He provided great customer service.

Extraordinary customer service. I was there a couple of days ago. I am so pleased with Xfinity. The initial calls are made to customer service were professional, patient with me and courteous. I was able to get my gateway the very next day when I arrived to town and I met the incredible staff at this location. Greeted with an enthusiastic hello and may I have your name as soon as I walked in. The entire staff had a great energy and we're very pleasant. A huge shout out to the wonderful Kaye who assisted me on this particular visit. Once I was home the setup was unbelievably simplistic. And the speed is outstanding. I left my phone there but remember that when I was in the car. I went back inside a couple of people looked at me as if it were deja vu. LOL

I went in store to sign up for a student wifi deal. After leaving, my monthly bill online was showing more than double the price I had expected to pay. After returning to the store the following day, they assured me that it was a mistake and i wouldn’t get charged that price. At the end of the month, I did get charged that price. After returning to the store again they assured me that it wouldn’t happen again and i would receive a refund. that never happened and my next bill was still that same doubled price. after my 4th time returning they directed me to a robot customer service number, that as you can guess, was no help. I’ve been in the store about 5 different times and have contacted the company’s customer service multiple times and I am still paying more than the expected price I kept getting promised. I don’t blame this location itself, but Xfinity just wants to rob the f out of you and will gaslight you until you stop reaching out. they also signed me on a contract that was never mentioned, and when signing up i specified not wanting a contract, and of course was assured that wouldn’t happen. Its just so stupid that they are so stingy over some damn wifi, that goes out weekly. I just wouldn’t recommend using xfinity at all but if you do, dont expect anything. also wanted to note they originally deleted this review when i first posted it :) says a lot!
