Second time I've gotten a defective Elfbar here. I would just recommend shopping somewhere else.EDIT: My friend has also now gotten a broken elfbar here. It keep happening

Went out on my lunch break cause I needed a new vape, had Lauren assist me. She was such an angel and so helpful. I hope this place keeps her. She's amazing.
