This store is kept incredibly clean and well stocked with a variety of products. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacy can have long lines depending on the time of day. They also have a public restroom which is nice.

Employees are lazy. They never pick up the phone. I've called a lot of times today and when they pick up they will just tell you they full and they hold the phone again. Ridiculous. They need to fire this people. They literally put me on hold again and again after picking up the phone probably 20x today.

They answer the phone at the pharmacy and put you on hold immediately… and keep doing it until they close and never pick up.

I haven’t updated this review in six years apparently. A few months ago I had to just give up on Walgreens, it’s an absolute mess. There was a series of events leading to me leaving Walgreens. I’d encourage you to move to any other pharmacy, I can almost guarantee you it’ll be better than dealing with this place. It’s sad, they were on top of it for years but they never recovered from covid or something.
My company got bought out by a Canadian corporation a couple years ago and my insurance info changed. The pharmacist didn’t recognize some part of the information, decided it was fraudulent, and continued to cancel my order repeatedly without explanation multiple times before I called and asked what his problem was. Explained the insurance info is from a Canadian plan, he finally runs it, of course it works. He didn’t apologize, barely dropped his weird know-it-all attitude. I had been out of meds for around a week by then.
Figuring it would resolve itself, I stuck with them and kept using their pharmacy, until a while later when they just didn’t bother to fill a script for me. I got notifications that it was ready, but when I showed up the tech couldn’t find any record of it. She also was unapologetic, which I guess is fair enough since I’d already dealt with her boss, I guess I see where she was coming from.
Hey maybe firing the last CEO like they did recently will help, honestly I won’t ever be back so I have no clue.

Avoid this pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and prioritize their personal conversations over helping customers

The "system" that they use to receive prescriptions is trash.
5 hours after my doctor's, struggling to breathe with symptoms of bronchitis, I finally got 15 pills & a Z-Pack! 5 hours & 2 trips!
Larry the pharmacist was ok once he was looking but the techs, rely to much on "waiting on the system" to give you any information on your status.
There definitely should be "day of" or "condition" priority.

Stop by yesterday to pick a automatic refill prescription and the cashier couldn’t find it, but you called on Friday to remind me!?! The pharmacist came to the window while I was speaking to the cashier and put the closed sign up to the window! Uh, there was 7 minutes before they closed! How rude!I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy! This pharmacy is understaffed, not helpful when you have questions and concerns. Walgreens corporate office needs to do an audit and clean this place up. They’re dispensing medication for goodness sake. Be professional and act like you care about your customers!

Horrible pharmacy! Whether they are understaffed or just poorly managed, avoid this place! Tried for 45 mins to call and ask a simple question and nobody answered...ever. Drove to location expecting a huge line of people to keep staff busy, but no. Not one person in line. Took at least 3-4 mins for anyone to even acknowledge me. After all that, they didn't even have my medication in stock! Horrible horrible place. Poorly managed for sure.

I have been doing business with Walgreens since my youth in Chicago, well over 60 years. This Pharmacy is by far the worst and least customer oriented I have ever experienced. This evening's episode is a perfect example. My wife has Parkinneeded Prednizone and the prescription was ready. We arrived at the store at 5:38 PM, aware that the pharmacy closed at 6:00 PM. My wife entered the store since she needed nylons, but to spare her walking throughout the store and standing in line, since she has Parkinson's, I offered to drive around to the drive in. I drove into that line at 5:44 with two cars in front of me. The first car exited at 5:46, By then, another car pulled in behind me so I was trapped in the line. And there I sat. At around 5:50, the extension drawer came out to the car in front and I expected that would end that transaction. Instead, the drawer remained extended for the next 8-9 minutes and nothing happened. At 6:01, they completed that transaction and closed the window with no regard for the customers in line. I went into the store and was told with absolutely no concern that I could go to an all-night Walgreens, The closest is in Dearborn Michigan 20-30 miles away.

By far, this Pharmacy is consistently THE WORST one I’ve ever been to. Every time I go in after receiving my “prescriptions are ready call” It is NEVER ready. So I get to sit in my car for 40 minutes untiL it is ACTUALLY ready, just for me to sit in line again for another half hour. I have received medication mixed in with mine that is also not mine on multiple occasions and the workers there are unprofessional.

I have nothing but problems getting prescriptions at this pharmacy. Last time I needed a refill, I used the automated refill option. When I arrived to pick-up my prescription, it wasn't ready. This time, I called the day before. When I arrived after 11am today (as instructed), the prescription was again not ready. I calmly expressed my frustration to the employee who was somewhat rude to me. I can't keep driving back and forth to the pharmacy every time I need a prescription. This is the last time I will use this pharmacy.

The pharmacist here is beyond rude. He talks down to you. He has zero sense of customer service. Says he is going to do something and doesn't. Honesty one of the rudest people I've ever come in contact with I was very blown away. I left a message to speak to a manager who was suppose to call me back nothing. So I guess Apple.. tree.
