Craig is so super helpful! Great knowledge of the company and products! Not every Verizon store has a Craig so make sure your choice for a Verizon store in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area is on Carpenter Rd. and ask for Craig.

My first ever experience with Verizon was amazing!! I used to have T-Mobile and it wasn’t great and nether was the service, I decided to go and switch over to Verizon. Once I got there I was greeted by Craig and he was so helpful!! We had some issues with opening my account but Craig never gave up and he continued to try so me and my family could receive service with Verizon. Craig is an amazing person as he treated us with kindness and also he gave us wonderful service! If you are planning to switch to Verizon I 100% recommend you to go with Craig as he gives wonderful customer service and support thank you Craig!!!??

My daughter and I had an AMAZING experience with Wyatt Slaughter a Sales Consultant at Verizon Wireless Zone in Ann Arbor. He was so pleasant. He price matched our phone accessories when I said I’d find them cheaper on Amazon. He was so pleasant during our entire visit. He made our experience seamless and time efficient. We will definitely be coming back and referring our friends and family to this Verizon location.

Was switching from T mobile and the guy that took care of me made the process painless. Unlike T mobile. Going to be bring all of my services to Verizon on Carpenter Rd.

Craig was nothing short of amazing with helping me on march 12th. My phone was old and died on me and he spent over 4hrs taking care of me.
He even followed up with me the next day to make sure all my deals went through and I was happy.
Craig is deserving of any kind of promotion or raise. I have been a customer with Verizon for over 15 yrs and he went above and beyond for me.

Craig was so wonderful! I'm not tech savvy and had a lot of issues and questions with my phone. He patiently explained very well new options and helped me decide what to do. Also helped me get back in my Google account and showed me how to put my 5000 grandkid pics in the cloud before they got lost!!! Recommend this place highly and Verizon you've got an awesome employee!!! I hope you treat him right! ? Thanks soooo much Craig!
