I deeply appreciate the time and care Cameron gave me.
I hadn’t planned on getting a new phone but learned that my XR was unable to accommodate the recent upgrade.
The Carpenter location is the site I prefer. There are “closer to home” locations for me. None have ever provided the attention that I’ve grown to expect from Verizon.

Bryce provides A++ customer service! He is knowledgeable, friendly and goes above & beyond. I will definitely come into the store for all my needs, rather than call a 1-800 number. Such a pleasant experience.

This store was incredibly helpful in changing my cell phone plan and upgrading devices. Both Alivia and Nicolas were excellent to work with during the process. I also watched them help other customers with a wide variety of issues. Very professional and helpful.

Verizon is a joke. The absolute worst wireless experience I have had in two decades of wireless experience. Horrible customer service at this location, no management to help, no ability to look up account numbers or take payments for your Verizon bill. Doing business here will put you in a jam that you don't want to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and don't do business with them.

I worked with Alivia at Verizon on Carpenter and she was absolutely fabulous! She was friendly, Efficient, knowledgeable, and got my new phone set up in under an hour! I would recommend going to visit her with all your tech needs. Thank you for a painless experience getting me a new iPhone 16!!

Are you done with those 800 customer service calls where you just don't feel as though the person on the other end cares at all? I'm going to tell you what, this location on Carpenter Rd was on point. Nicholas was fantastic. Personable, professional, helpful and took the time to listen and assist with what I needed. I had quite the mess in technology hiccups to put it nicely. He helped untangle the mess I had with a smile and the patience I needed. I absolutely recommend this location for your cellular service needs.
