Average UPS store. Every time I have come in there has been a line. Sometimes each customer can take awhile with the clerks but that's because the clerks are doing a good and complete job. Semi friendly staff, I'm sure they work hard all day.

They locked the door before their 2 PM posted close time and would not offer any service. Very poor customer service.

This same thing happened to me last week...
"Omg I only needed to print ONE page from my usb and the lady told me to use the computer, never did I know that it would cost me $2.00 to print ONE single page from the computer!!!! Super frustrated, worst money spent ever!"
I usually go to Salines UPS store to print or OfficeMax (cheapest). I was at Meijers and thought I go there. When I asked why the prices were different they said it was a different owner. SHAME!
This is self services and freeing up your employees to help others. Will be sure to let my friends know that this store is not for printing.

Lesa at UPS store was working alone with a note on the door be patient we are short staffed. She was very courteous to all the customers and she worked with great speed as the line moved fast.

Omg I only needed to print ONE page from my usb and the lady told me to use the computer, never did I know that it would cost me $2.00 to print ONE single page from the computer!!!! Super frustrated, worst money spent ever!
I do not recommend printing your documents here! There are other places that do not charge you to use the printers, but the pages printed!

a new employee urgently needs proper training. she incorrectly processed my amazon return. she took the box but didn't properly scan the return code. now the item is unaccounted for and I can't get a refund from amazon. other than this bad experience, the store is generally professional and efficient.the parking lot is very small and congested which makes going here unpleasant when it's busy.

Returned 10 items back to Amazon here, got charged for 4 of them they never returned! Don’t be surprised if you walk in a week after doing a return and see one of the employees with your returned items on!
