This store is crap, customer service for deliveries is crap. Had to take 3 different days off of work for postponed deliveries and they STILL weren’t able to figure it out. Ended up canceling a $2000+ dollar order because they couldn’t get their crap together. I should be owed more due to the days off I had to take to wait for the deliveries each time. Absolutely horrible customer service. Horrible.

Stood in line for 30 mins while the cc system was down. And absolutely no help from the workers. Maybe start on the next person in line or get the equipment ready to go. Nope. Just stood there and said oh well. And home depot was you to not pay in cash but can keep there system going. Smh. So i went to garden city rental pulled in payed and was loaded in less then 15 minutes casue they use more then one person to do the job. One on paperwork another getting equipment ready. Take note home depot might want to be a business model you follow

So many unmasked workers and shoppers makes your "masks required" sign pointless. Store was in.shambles, employees weren't helpful, and having an employee eat while bagging an order next to me was just gross and unsafe. Lowes is where I normally go, but they were out of what we needed for our project. So instead we get this crappy experience. Never again.

Truck came with an E85 gas cap. Drove around for a long time trying to find E85 to fill the truck with, costing us extra money on the rental. Called and asked an employee who said unleaded gas is fine. Pretty sure this is a tactic to get people to just bring the truck back without fuel and eat the $6/gal surcharge. If not, and it’s just an error, they need to switch the gas caps on their trucks or provide information on where e85 stations can be found. This left a very bad taste in my mouth, I will not use this truck rental again if I can avoid it.

My husband and I were there this evening and an employee named Noble was an amazing blessing. He offered help to my husband trying to get some 4×4. This young man went out of his way to help him find that perfect board. Well done Home Depot, Well Done!

I am extremely livid with this store. I was gifted a dryer and my benefactor went to this store to purchase it on June 29th. Their delivery schedule was 2 weeks out. I understand companies are short handed due to Covid. They were supposed to deliver on 7/16/20 between 10:30 AM -2:30 PM. I was supposed to get a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. No call & no show!! WTH ... I call when I get off work to discover they input the incorrect delivery address on my order. All they ha
