Stopped by on a Sunday; I always look forward to seeing the door man (I really need to ask his name) he was amazing and greeted me with a smile and compliment as he always does! Chris helped me and I appreciate that not only does he know his stuff, he’s friendly and can hold a conversation making the trip more enjoyable. As always amazing deals and products.

Great place. Only giving a 4 star though because one of the brands that all these local shops sell has had major quality issues with their cartridges and none of the vendors I go to seem to know why. In fact every vendor I've been to at all the local cannabis shops have no idea that the quality of one of the brands they sell has basically declined to the point where it's not worth buying. I feel like the stores are cool and the service is great, but the fact that no one has been able to explain to me for months why that brand I use to like has diminished in quality from when I used to love them, is very unfortunate. The lower quality cartridges themselves even have a different design to them. You can tell which ones are the poor quality because the other cartridges even looked different. It's very frustrating and should be looked into by the vendors so that they are selling the best possible product for the consumer.

i drove from Toledo to Ypsi to go to Oz, after i did my research on flower thats remediated and which companies did or didnt. So upon research i found that Mi Loud Flower does not,so the closest place to me was Oz. and they did not dissapoint!. Small but quaint, everyone was super friendly and helpful and i believe my budtender was Ty. Thank you for the reccomendations of which strain to get, i love it!

I like the products here. But when I pull up for curb side orders there is a woman name Michelle who come out to bring my order but does not greet me in any sort of way or even a have a good day. She always look mad, keep her in the back and I might think about returning.
